Resep Telur Gabus Widaran Keju Gurih Dan Renyah

Bahan :

  • 250 gram tepung kanji
  • 150 gram keju cheddar parut
  • 1 sendok teh garam halus, atau secukupnya sesuai selera (uji rasa)
  • 2 butir telur ayam
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

Resep Telur Gabus Widaran Keju Gurih Dan Renyah

Cara Membuat Telur Gabus Widaran Keju Gurih Dan Renyah :

  1. Siapkan satu wadah untuk membuat adonan.
  2. Masukkan tepung kanji, garam dan keju parut kedalam wadah yang sudah disiapkan, aduk hingga merata, sisihkan sejenak.
  3. Kocok telur dengan menggunakan mixer sampai mengembang dan pucat.
  4. Tuang kocokan telur kedalam campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni dengan tanga. Uleni terus hingga adonan menjadi tercampur rata hingga kalis dan tidak lengket ditangan
  5. Ambil sejumput adonan, pilin dengan kedua telapak tangan, masukkan dalam minyak goreng dingin yang sudah disiapkan di wajan. Lakukan hingga setengah penuh dalam wajan.
  6. Jerang wajan diatas api kecil hingga minyak goreng panas perlahan. Aduk hingga kue mengembang dan terapung.
  7. Besarkan api, goreng kue hingga matang dan berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat, tiriskan dan dinginkan.
  8. Simpan dalam wadah atau toples dan tutup rapat.
