Resep dan Cara Membuat Tumis Jamur Jagung Oseng Buncis

  • 250 gr jamur kancing
  • 150 gr buncis, bersihkandari urat, potong miring 1 cm
  • 1 bh jagung manis ukuran sedang, pipil
  • 5 bh baso, potong-potong
Bumbu :

  • 1 bh bawang bonbai, iris tipis
  • 3 btr bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
  • 1 bh cabe merah, iris tipis
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/4 sdt gula pasir
  • 1/4 sdt merica bubuk
  • 3 sdm minyak,untuk menumis
  • 100 ml air
Cara memasakRESEP TUMIS JAMUR JAGUNG OSENG BUNCIS:

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombai, bawang merah, bawang putih dan cabe merah hingga layu dan harum.
  2. Masukan jamur, tetelan jagung, buncis dan baso, tambahkan garam, gula dan merica, aduk rata, tambahkan air, masak hingga kadar air berkurang dan matang.
  3. Siap disajikan.
