Resep Cara Membuat Ayam Rica Rica Hijau

Kembali berbagi resep kuliner spesial nusantara dan misalnya biasa dengan olahan yg sederhana, dimana dalam kesempatan kali ini adalah giliran resep ayam rica rica enak menggunakan aroma kemangi & rempah lainnya.

RESEP AYAM RICA-RICA HIJAU

Cara membuatnya yang relatif gampang sebagai akibatnya sangat menarik buat diterapkan menjadi variasi hidangan sehari-hari pada rumah. Kreasi sederhana ini dia adalah ayam rica-rica dengan kombinasi cabai hijau yang memberikan variasi cita rasa yg enak.

Bahan :

  • 1 kg daging ayam, potong-potong menurut selera saja
  • 4 lembar daun jeruk, iris tipis
  • 1 ikat daun kemangi, petik daunnya
  • 3 batang daun bawang, iris-iris 1 cm
  • 3 batang serai, iris tipis
  • 2 buah tomat, iris dadu
  • 300 ml air
  • minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu diulek atau blender kasar :

  • 8 buah cabe hijau besar
  • 10 buah cabe rawit merah atau sesuai selera pedas
  • 10 butir bawang merah
  • garam, gula dan royco ayam secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT AYAM RICA RICA CABE HIJAU :

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu hingga harum lalu masukkan daging ayam sambil sesekali diaduk.
  2. Masukkan tomat, aduk lalu tambahkan daun jeruk dan serai, aduk rata. Beri garam, gula dan royco ayam secukupnya. Tuang air, aduk lalu masak hingga mendidih.
  3. Masukkan daun kemangi setelah air sudah berkurang, aduk lalu masak sampai kuah menyusut. Angkat dan siap untuk disajikan.
