Berikut materi & cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 450 gram tepung terigu
  • 400 gram mentega
  • 2 butir kuning telur
  • 250 gram gula halus
  • 30 gram coklat bubuk
  • 4 sdm susu bubuk
  • 2 sdm tepung maizena
  • 1 sdm baking soda
  • 150 gram kacang tanah, di goreng kemudian di hancurkan

Cara membuatnya :

  1. Kocok 400 gram mentega sampai halus dan mengembang bersama 250 gram gula halus
  2. Masukkan 2 butir kuning telur satu persatu sambil terus di kocok sampai mengembang dan tercampur rata, matikan mixer
  3. Tambahkan 450 gram tepung terigu, 30 gram coklat bubuk, 2 sdm tepung maizena, 4 sdm susu debu dan 150 gram kacang tanah kemudian aduk sampai rata memakai spatula
  4. Ambil adonan kemudian bentuk menjadi bulatan-bulatan kecil, letakkan di dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi margarin kemudian tekan-tekan silang menjadi pipih memakai garpu
  5. Panggang dengan suhu kira-kira 160 derajat celsius sampai matang atau bab bawah kudapan bagus berwarna kecoklatan, angkat dan dinginkan
  6. Setelah dingin, masukkan ke dalam toples kedap udara biar kerenyahan kudapan bagus tetap terjaga
