Bolu kukus ketan hitam, si hitam yang anggun
Sewaktu berjalan-jalan di pasar dan memasuki sebuah toko rempah dan materi kue, niatnya buat membeli lada hitam. Akan tetapi mata aku tertuju ke galat satu kemasan materi masakan ringan cantik merupakan tepung ketan hitam, & kebetulan sekali terdapat 1 butir resep yang tercantum di belakang bungkusnya.
Sudah jiwanya ingin tau jika soal memasak, jadi aku beli materi untuk menciptakan bolu kukus ketan hitam yang berikut resepnya akan aku bagikan untuk anda.
Berikut materi & cara membuatnya

Cara Membuatnya :
1. Mixer 6 butir telur bersama 250 gram gula pasir sampai putih dan mengembang, matikan mixer
dua. Masukkan 250 gram tepung ketan hitam bertahap sambil diaduk memakai spatula hingga tercampur homogen
3. Tambahkan 200 gr margarin yang sudah di lelehkan sebelumnya, aduk sampai rata memakai spatula
4. Panaskan kukusan sampai airnya mendidih
lima. Masukkan campuran bolu kedalam loyang yg telah disemir margarin
6. Lalu kukus selama lebih kurang 20 - 30 menit sampai matang
7. Angkat, dinginkan & potong-potong sinkron kesukaan

Menurut saya, bolu kukus ketan hitam yang masak kali ini rasanya benar-benar manis. Makara bagi anda yang tidak menyukai rasa manis, silahkan mengurangi jumlah dosis gula di dalam resepnya.

While walking in the market and entering a store of spices and baking ingredients, originally my intention to buy black pepper. But my eyes were drawn to one packaging ingredients of black sticky rice flour, and it turns out there are one recipes listed on the back of the wrapper.
