Resep Bolu Marmer Sederhana ( Marble Cake Simple Recipe )

Mencoba menciptakan bolu memang mempunyai tantangan sendiri, dibilang mudah tetapi bahu-membahu relatif sulit tetapi dibilang sulit jua ternyata cukup mudah.

Beberapa kali aku pernah mencoba membangun bolu sendiri, output sebelumnya terkadang nir berjalan mulus ibarat yg aku bayangkan. Terkadang tekstur bolu nir lembut, nir mekar bahkan mengempis di bab tengahnya telah pernah saya alami, namun yg namanya perjuangan tentu akan mengakibatkan hasil kan ibu...

Saya juga suka menonton teknik-teknik membangun bolu atau bolak-pulang mencari gosip resepnya, terdapat beberapa yang cocok tetapi ada juga beberapa yg saya relatif kesulitan membuatnya ( buat saya yang masih pemula dalam urusan mengolah ).

Namun aku tetap nir mau mengalah sebab ialah memang dasarnya telah sebagai hobi sih :D, hasilnya aku mencoba mengkreasikan resep bolu marmer saya yang aku pikir sangat sederhana. Berikut ini saya sharing resepnya ya bunda...

Ini bolu marmer irisan akbar. Masih original :D

Bahan - materi :

  • 4 butir telur ayam
  • 100 gram tepung terigu
  • 200 gram gula pasir
  • 3 sdm minyak sayur
  • 1 sdt air jeruk nipis
  • Bubuk coklat secukupnya
  • Mentega secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Pisahkan putih dan kuning dari 4 butir telur ayam, masing-masing letakkan di wadah terpisah yang benar-benar kering serta bersih
  2. Mixer 4 butir kuning telur dengan kecepatan rendah, masukkan sebagian gula pasir kemudian mixer hingga gula benar-benar larut, tambahkan 3 sdm minyak sayur dan 100 gram tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, sisihkan campuran kuning telur
  3. Mixer 4 butir putih telur dengan kecepatan sedang hingga berbuih, tambahkan 1 sdt air jeruk nipis dan gula pasir yang tersisa
  4. Mixer campuran putih telur dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga campuran putih telur mengembang dan benar-benar kaku ( ketika mixer diangkat, campuran akan membentuk jambul ), sementara itu panaskan panggangan dengan suhu 150 - 160 derajat celsius
  5. Campur campuran putih telur ke campuran kuning telur bertahap atau seperempat bab dulu sambil diaduk menggunakan spatula ( dimulai dari satu sisi wadah kemudian ditarik ke bab tengah campuran terus bergantian di sisi satunya lagi ke bab tengah, aduk hingga bab bawah campuran juga merata )
  6. Setelah campuran merata, ambil beberapa sendok makan campuran dan letakkan di mangkuk terpisah, beri abu cokelat secukupnya kemudian ratakan
  7. Masukkan campuran bolu ke dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi mentega, kemudian tuang campuran yang sudah diberi abu cokelat ke atasnya secara acak dan tidak beraturan, buat referensi melingkar-lingkar di atasnya menggunakan garpu atau lidi
  8. Setelah siap, hentakkan loyang ke meja selama beberapa kali kemudian panggangan selama 15-20 menit ( tergantung suhu oven )
  9. Setelah matang, keluarkan dari panggangan dan dinginkan

Untuk campuran kuning telurnya, awalnya tekstur adonan akan padat tetapi bunda nir perlu risi alasannya adalah adalah ketika sudah dicampur menggunakan adonan putih telur, perlahan adonannya akan lembut. Saya menggunakan air jeruk nipis menjadi pengganti cream of tartar.

Meskipun tidak terlalu mengembang alasannya ialah memang saya tidak menggunakan materi pengembang atau pelembut ya bunda... tetapi hasil bolunya benar-benar lembut dan pas rasa manisnya. Bisa di tumpuk 2 atau 3 bab kemudian di hias dengan buttercream buatan rumah untuk di sajikan di hari yang istimewa, ulang tahun atau perayaan lainnya. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Trying to make a cake does have its own challenges, practically easy but it is actually quite difficult but practically difficult also proved to be quite easy.

Several times I've tried to make the cake itself, the previous results sometimes do not go smoothly as I imagined. Sometimes the texture is not soft, do not inflate deflate even in the middle. I already have that experienced, but every effort would be success right.

I also like to watch the techniques of making cake or back and forth looking for the recipe information, there are some that fit but there are also some that I quite difficult to make ( for me who are beginners in the things of cooking ).

But I still do not want to give up because it basically has become a hobby anyway : D, I finally tried the creation of my marble cake recipe from my own kitcken that I think is very simple. Here I am sharing the recipe for you ...

Ingredients :

  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 200 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Cocoa powder to taste
  • Butter to taste

How To Make :

  1. Separate the white and yolk of 4 chicken eggs, each placed in a separate bowl that is completely dry and clean
  2. Mixer 4 egg yolks at low speed, enter the mixer partially granulated sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 100 grams of flour little by little, set aside of the egg yolk batter
  3. Mixer 4 egg white grains at medium speed until foamy, add 1 tsp of lemon juice and add remaining of granulated sugar
  4. Mixer egg white dough at high speed until fluffy egg white batter and really stiff ( when the mixer is removed, the dough will form a crest ), while the preheat the panggangan with a temperature of 150-160 degrees Celsius
  5. Mix the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture little by little or first quarter while stirring using a spatula ( starting from one side of the bowl and then drawn into the center of the dough continues to turn in the other side to the middle, stirring until the bottom of the dough is too uneven )
  6. After the dough evenly, take a few tablespoons of dough and place it in a separate bowl, put the chocolate powder to taste and blend
  7. Insert the cake batter into the baking pan that has been in the basting butter, then pour the batter who has given chocolate powder onto it at random and irregular, create swirling pattern on it using a fork or a stick
  8. Once prepared, tapped to the table for several times and then the panggangan for 15-20 minutes ( depending on panggangan temperature )
  9. Once cooked, remove from panggangan and let cool

For the egg yolk mixture, initially dense texture of the dough, but the mother did not have to worry because when it is mixed with egg white mixture, slowly dough will be soft. I use lemon juice as a substitute for cream of tartar.

Although not overly inflate because I do not wear a developer material or softener ... but the results the cake is really soft and fit sweetness. Can be stacked 2 or 3 parts and decorated with homemade buttercream for at present in a special day, birthday or other celebration. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom : D
