Resep Sambal Tomat ( Spicy Tomato Sauce Recipe )
Sesekali menyantap sambal saat bulan ramadhan memang menjadi tantangan tersendiri, tetapi sambal bisa menjadi pemicu untuk menambah selera makan. Lantaran umumnya saat berpuasa, seringkali kita merasa kurang berangasan menyantap sajian nasi yg telah tersedia.
Termasuk di famili saya, ketika berbuka yang terjadi segala jenis makanan yg bersantan sudah terhidang pada meja. Terkadang mulai dari takjil sampai sajian utama pun semuanya sajian menggunakan materi utama memakai santan di dalamnya.
Boleh lah ya sekali-sekali menyantap sambal tomat bersama lalapan sayuran dan ikan goreng bumbu rempah, hmmm... tampaknya cocok aben sedikit kalori yang di timbun oleh santan tadi. Rasa pedas sambal tomatnya yang nendang menciptakan nafsu makan bertambah. Yup, ayo bunda berikut resep sambal tomat andalan aku :D

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya
Bahan-bahan :
- 100 gram cabai merah
- 30 gram ikan teri
- 4 buah tomat
- 1 sdm terasi
- 3 buah bawang merah
- 2 sdt garam halus
- 3 sdt gula pasir
- 1 sdm gula merah
- Minyak sayur secukupnya untuk menumis
Cara Membuatnya :
- Giling 100 gram cabai merah hingga benar-benar halus
- Iris tipis 3 buah bawang merah dan potong dadu kecil-kecil 4 buah tomat, sisihkan
- Panaskan minyak sayur di dalam wajan, kemudian goreng 30 gram ikan teri hingga kuning kecoklatan, angkat
- Masukkan cabai merah yang sudah di giling halus, tumis hingga harum
- Tambahkan 1 sdm terasi, bawang merah dan tomat yang sudah di siapkan sebelumnya kemudian aduk hingga rata
- Tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus, 3 sdt gula pasir dan 1 sdm gula merah, Aduk rata
- Masukkan ikan teri yang sudah di goreng tadi kemudian di aduk kembali
- Tunggu beberapa menit hingga air tomat sedikit menyusut dan sambal terlihat berminyak, matikan kompor kemudian angkat
Ketika menumis sambal tomat ini sebaiknya di cicip bertahap dahulu saat akan menambahkan garam, alasannya ialah aku memakai ikan teri yg jua mayoritas rasa asinnya.
Menyantap sambal tomat sanggup di temani dengan lalapan sayuran rebus atau kukus ibarat daun singkong muda, kacang panjang, labu siam, daun kemangi, kangkung dan lain-lain. Biasanya yummy juga ditemani lauk pauk ibarat ikan goreng, tempe atau tahu goreng. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Yes occasionally may eat vegetable tomato sauce along with fresh vegetables and spices fried fish, hmmm ... seems suitable to burn fewer calories are in coconut milk piled by earlier. Taste spicy tomato sauce that kicked create increased appetite. Yup, let the following my mainstay recipe tomato sauce : D
Here are the ingredients and how to make
Ingredients :
- 100 grams of red pepper
- 30 grams anchovy
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste
- 3 pieces of onion
- 2 tsp fine salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Taste vegetable oil for sauteing
How To Make :
- Milled 100 grams of red pepper until completely smooth
- 3 thinly sliced onion and diced into small pieces 4 tomatoes, set aside
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, and fry 30 grams of anchovy until golden brown, remove from heat
