Resep Masak Daun Singkong Kuah Santan

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 2 ikat daun singkong
  • 10 buah cabai merah
  • 6 siung bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Minyak sayur untuk menumis

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Rebus 2 ikat daun singkong kemudian tiriskan air rebusannya dan potong-potong sesuai selera anda ( 2 ikat daun singkong yang sudah di rebus beratnya kira-kira 500 gram )
  2. Haluskan 10 buah cabai merah, 6 siung bawang merah dan 4 siung bawang putih, sisihkan
  3. Panaskan beberapa sendok makan minyak sayur untuk menumis
  4. Setelah minyak panas, masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dan tumis hingga benar-benar harum
  5. Tambahkan daun singkong yang sudah di potong-potong, aduk rata hingga bumbu meresap
  6. Jika terlalu kering anda sanggup menambahkan beberapa sendok makan minyak sayur ke dalam tumisan kemudian tambahkan garam dan gula sesuai selera dan aduk hingga benar-benar rata
  7. Setelah merata, angkat dan hidangkan

Berikut sedikit tips menurut saya buat mendapat rebusan daun singkong yg lembut, yaitu saya umumnya menambahkan beberapa sendok garam ke pada air rebusan. Memang rasa daun singkongnya akan berubah sedikit asin, sang sebab yaitu itu pada ketika akan mengolahnya pulang menjadi tumisan atau gulai santan, masukkan garam sedikit demi sedikit.

Dan saya umumnya menambahkan ikan teri atau udang kering saat mengolah daun singkong tumis ini, menggunakan cara ikan terinya di basuh terlebih dahulu dan di goreng hingga kekuningan. Selanjutnya di masukkan waktu bumbu telah ditumis & berbau harum gres kemudian di kocok beserta daun ubi. Namun di dalam resep ini aku nir memakai ikan teri ataupun udang kering karena yaitu saya kehabisan stok nih :D

Cassava leaves is known as one of the vegetables that has so many benefits, among them is able to overcome the disease stroke, enhancing immune system, nourish the eyes, vegetable anti-osteoporosis, can be as anti headache, prevention of the aging process, and as a wound healing medicine because cassava leaves are leaves that are rich in fiber and iron.

And of course, it tastes good, make anyone love it. Our grandmother who lives in the village is certainly very fond of vegetables this one, in because easily flourish if planted anywhere. So it is not surprising that cassava leaves easily encounter in rural areas.

How to process cassava leaves is not too difficult. After being boiled, cassava leaves can be eaten as a salad. Cook curry in coconut milk as in one of the articles prescription cassava leaf coconut milk. Or in stir-fry as one of the recipes that I share below

Cassava Leaves With Coconut Milk Recipe

Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

  • 2 bunches cassava leaves
  • 10 red chilies
  • 6 cloves of onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to make :

  1. Boil 2 bunches cassava leaves and then drain the water boiled and cut into pieces according to your taste ( 2 bunches cassava leaves that has been boiled weighs approximately 500 grams )
  2. Puree 10 pieces of red pepper, 6 cloves of onions and 4 cloves of garlic, set aside
  3. Heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying
  4. After the hot oil, put the spice paste and stir-fry until completely fragrant
  5. Add cassava leaves that have been cut into pieces and stir until the spices to infuse
  6. If too dry you can add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a stir and add salt and sugar to taste and stir until spices to infuse
  7. After flattening, lift and serve

Here are a few tips from me to get soft cassava leaf stew, which I usually add a few tablespoons of salt to the cooking water. Indeed, cassava leaf flavor will change slightly salty, therefore at times be reworked into the stir fry or curry coconut milk, add salt little by little.

And I usually add anchovies or dried shrimp when cooking stir-fried cassava leaves, by way of anchovy in the washing beforehand and fry until yellowish. Furthermore, add anchovies or dried shrimp when the spices stir-fry already fragrant then stir in the cassava leaves. But in this recipe I do not wear anchovy or udang kering because I ran out of stock : D
