RESEP CARA MEMBUAT ES KACANG HIJAU ENAK

RESEP ES KACANG HIJAU

Es kacang ijo merupakan santapan yang enak, segar dan relatif tidak mengecewakan sanggup mengenyangkan perut. Tak heran bila poly bisnis minuman bungkus memakai kacang hijau. Minuman segar ini cukup terkenal di Surabaya & Madura. Sebenarnya mau dijelaskan juga manfaat menurut kacang hijau, namun lantaran sudah pada pinter sebaiknya kita coba resepnya aja ya..

Bahan:

  • 200 gram gula merah
  • 250 ml air
  • 200 gram kacang hijau, cuci, rendam minimal 2-3 jam dengan air hangat.
  • 2 lembar daun pandan
  • 500 ml air
  • daging buah nangka, potong-potong
  • ½ gelas santan kental dari ¼ butir kelapa, jika suka
  • susu kental manis
  • es serut/ es batu secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT ES KACANG HIJAU ENAK :

  1. Rebus air beserta gula merah, aduk rata sampai mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat & saring. Sisihkan.

Rebus kacang hijau bersama air dan daun pandan sampai empuk. Masukkan air gula merah, aduk rata.

  • Sajikan kacang hijau dengan nangka, santan, es batu atau es serut kemudian beri susu kental manis pada atasnya.
