Resep Keripik Sayuran Bayam ( Spinach Vegetable Chips Recipe )

Pernah menghadapi duduk masalah yg satu ini bund...

Si mini susah kalau mau makan sayuran, akan tetapi jika kudapan yang kriuk-kriuk paling seneng.

Masalah yg ibarat ini mampir jua bund menggunakan keponakan ku yg gres berumur dua tahun lebih.

Untungnya saya bisa bikin keripik, sebelumnya juga sudah perjuangan kecil-kecilan jualan keripik bund.

Awalnya cuma keripik biasa yg pake gula dan gurih pake daun seledri, nah spesifik untuk keponakan.

Adikku pesennya yang pake sayuran karena si mini ini susah makan sayurnya.

Jadilah keripik sayur + cinta buat keponakan kecilku.... :)

Keripik seledri & keripik menggunakan rasa cantik

Yang gambar paling atas itu keripik yang original yg gunakan taburan gula halus, & yang satunya lagi gurih pakai daun seledri.

Yang gambar ke 2 di bawah, gres foto keripik bayamnya ibu,,, agak kehitaman ya bunda :D

Ini lho bund resepnya...Monggo kalau mau dicoba pada dapurnya ya.

Bahan :

  • 500 gram tepung terigu
  • 2 sdm mentega / margarin
  • 1 ikat bayam, dicuci higienis kemudian direbus hingga lembut dan dicincang hingga halus.
  • 1 siung bawang putih yang ukuran kecil, dihaluskan
  • Garam sejumput
  • Penyedap rasa secukupnya, boleh tidak digunakan alternatif penggantinya gula sejumput
  • Air hangat kuku secukupnya untuk mengkaliskan adonan.
  • Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng

Cara membangun :

  1. Campur tepung terigu, bayam yang sudah dicincang halus, bawang putih, garam, penyedap rasa dan mentega.
  2. Aduk hingga adonan rata dan berbutir, kemudian tuangkan bertahap air hangat-hangat kuku ke dalam adonan sambil diaduk hingga kalis.
  3. Setelah kalis adonan di pipihkan dengan memakai ampia ( mesin penggilas pasta ) dengan ketebalan no 4, kalau bunda tidak memakai ampia tidak apa-apa bund tinggal dipotong-potong dan dibuat sesuai selera.
  4. Setelah final goreng di minyak panas hingga kuning kecoklatan ( kalau pakai sayuran, warnanya agak kehitaman bund... tapi rasanya jangan ditanya,,, hmmm yummy :D )

Keripik ini hanya modifikasi di dapur mini saya mak ...

Bunda bebas bereksperimen mencoba campuran bahan-bahan lainnya ibarat wortel, sawi, keju, atau yang lainnya.

Intinya jangan takut bund untuk bereksperimen di dapur bunda, kalaupun gagal nanti dicoba lagi ya...karena pepatah bilang " Kegagalan itu Sukses yang tertunda ".

Kalau terdapat cara yg lebih sehat buat menyajikan camilan di rumah kita,,, kenapa nir, ya kan ???

Memasak lah menggunakan hati ya bunda... Sebab masakan nya akan terasa lebih enak walaupun kurang garam nya hehehehe :D

Spinach Vegetable Chips Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter / margarine
  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and boiled until soft and chopped until smooth.
  • 1 clove garlic small size, mashed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Flavoring to taste, may not use a pinch of sugar replacement alternative
  • Lukewarm water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to make :

  1. Mix the flour, which has been finely chopped spinach, garlic, salt, and butter flavoring
  2. Stir until the dough is smooth and grained, then gradually pour lukewarm water into the batter, stirring until smooth
  3. Once the dough is smooth flatten using a pasta roller machine and you can also use a rolling pin
  4. Cut into shapes according to taste
  5. When finished cooking in hot oil until golden brown, chips ready to be enjoyed

If we are using green vegetables become slightly blackish color, but its taste is not asked,,, hmmm enak: D
