Resep Camilan Cantik Putri Salju (Snow Ball Cookies Recipe)

Menjelang hari raya, masakan ringan cantik yang satu ini jua sebagai favorit mak -ibu tempat tinggal tangga buat pada jadikan penghias toples yg di hidangkan buat tamu.

Lantaran di samping cara bikin nya yg terbilang gampang, masakan ringan mengagumkan putri salju pula sangat di sukai belum dewasa sebab ialah rasanya yang anggun.

Resep berikut merupakan output praktek aku dikala lebaran tiba, namanya mencoba berguru buat membentuk kuliner ringan rupawan niscaya nir selamanya berjalan dengan mulus ya mak ... Soalnya aku pernah bikin masakan ringan bagus putri salju yg alhasil keras. Sudah beberapa kali sih mengalami kegagalan, tapi tetap mau mencoba membuatnya.

Akhirnya aku coba resep masakan ringan rupawan putri salju ibarat yg aku sharing ini dia, alhasil masakan ringan cantik nya eksklusif lumer pada ekspresi alias benar-benar lembut tetapi dikala pada gigit terasa renyah...

ini mentega wysman

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya

Bahan-bahan :

  • 500 gram tepung terigu
  • 400 gram mentega
  • 3 kuning telur
  • 60 gram maizena
  • 1 sdt mentega wysman
  • 150 gram gula halus
  • 500 gram gula halus untuk taburan

Cara Membuat :

  1. Kocok 400 gram mentega, 150 gram gula halus hingga lembut
  2. Tambahkan 3 kuning telur satu persatu dan 1 sdt mentega wisjman sambil terus di kocok
  3. Campur 500 gram tepung terigu dan 60 gram maizena kemudian ayak hingga rata
  4. Masukkan adonan tepung yang sudah diayak ke adonan mentega, kemudian aduk rata memakai tangan hingga adonan tidak lengket di tangan
  5. Bungkus adonan dengan plastik, masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 1 jam
  6. Sementara itu, olesi loyang dengan mentega
  7. Keluarkan adonan dari dalam kulkas, bentuk bulat-bulat kecil atau cetak memakai cetakan masakan ringan bagus yang anda inginkan. Lalu letakkan ke loyang yang sudah di olesi mentega
  8. Panggang selama kurang lebih 30 hingga 35 menit hingga bab bawah masakan ringan bagus terlihat kuning
  9. Angkat kemudian dinginkan hingga benar-benar dingin
  10. Taburkan gula halus secara merata di seluruh bab kue
  11. Tata di dalam toples kedap udara biar masakan ringan bagus putri salju bertahan lama

Salah satu tips saya biar kuliner ringan rupawan putri salju terasa renyah ketika di gigit adalah menggunakan memasukkan adonan masakan ringan indah terlebih dahulu ke pada kulkas selama 1 jam atau lebih akan tetapi bukan pada freezer ya ibu... Cukup letakkan adonan di bab paling bawah di pada kulkas.

Ketika ingin mengeluarkan adonan biasanya aku suka menusuk adonan pakai jari tangan, jikalau dirasa masih benar-benar lembut maka aku tambah lagi waktu tidur nya (hehhehehe... hanya istilah untuk adonan yang aku masukkan ke dalam kulkas lho bunda ....). So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Snow Ball Cookies Recipe

This cake is very liked by children because it tastes sweet, so is suitable when the day of the holiday came to be presented when gathering with family.

And the snow ball cookies is really tender and melted in the mouth and crunchy when in bite. I share the recipes below.

Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 400 grams of butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 tsp wysman butter
  • 150 grams of refined sugar
  • 500 grams of powdered sugar for sprinkling

How to Make :

  1. Beat butter 400 grams, 150 grams of powdered sugar until soft
  2. Add 3 egg yolks one by one and 1 tsp wisjman butter while continuing to beat
  3. Mix 500 grams of wheat flour and 60 grams of cornstarch then sifted until blended
  4. Enter the sifted flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix by hand until dough is not sticky to the touch
  5. Wrap the dough in plastic, put in refrigerator for 1 hour
  6. Meanwhile, basting pan with butter
  7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, form small round or form using cookie cutter that you want. Then place into a baking sheet that has been in basting butter
  8. Bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes until the bottom of the cake looks yellow
  9. Lift then refrigerate until completely chilled
  10. Sprinkle sugar evenly in all parts of the cake
  11. Put it in an airtight jar in order to survive long snow ball cookies

One of my tips so that snow ball cookies feel crunchy when bitten is enter the first cookie dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more but not in the freezer ... Simply place the dough on the bottom in the refrigerator.

When issuing the dough usually I like to wear a finger poking dough, if it is still really soft so I added more to its sleep time (hehhehehe ... just a term for the dough that I put in the fridge ....). So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom: D
