Resep Tahu Kecap Pedas Masakan Enak Sederhana

RESEP TAHU KECAP PEDAS MASAKAN ENAK SEDERHANA

Bahan & bumbu:

  • 5 tahu kuning (tahu Bandung), potong 2 bagian menjadi bentuk segi tiga atau sesuai selera
  • 7 cabe rawit iris serong atau biarkan utuh
  • 2 cabe merah besar iris serong
  • 5-7 sdm kecap manis atau sesuai selera
  • 2 buah tomat ukuran sedang, potong-potong
  • Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
Bumbu halus:

  • 6 bawang merah
  • 4 bawang putih
  • 2 cm jahe
Caran Membuat Tahu Kecap Pedas Masakan Enak Sederhana:

  1. Goreng tahu hingga kuning kecoklatan atau sampai berkulit atau sesuai selera. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan cabe rawit dan cabe merah, aduk hingga layu.
  3. Masukkan kecap manis. Aduk sebentar. Masukkan tahu dan air. Biarkan mendidih dan bumbu meresap / menyusut.
  4. tambahkan garam dan gula secukupnya. Aduk hingga rata. Biarkan hingga bumbu mengental. Matikan api.
  5. Angkat dan sajikan Tahu Goreng Kecap Pedas bersama nasi panas..
