RESEP TUMIS UDANG SOSIS JAMUR resep masakan indonesia praktis, Siapa yang tidak suka dengan udang, kali ini kami hadirkan Resep Tumis Udang Sosis Jamur .

Udang memang makanan rendah kalori dan lemak jenuh, akan tetapi kandungan kolesterolnya cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian para ilmuan, walaupun mengandung kadar kolesterol yang cukup tinggi namun saat di konsumsi udang tidak langsung menaikkan kadar kolesterol secara keseluruhan. Udang mengandung 21 persen vitamin B12, yang merupakan nutrisi penunjang produksi sel darah merah sehingga dapat membantu mencegah penyakit anemia. Memiliki kandungan zat besi, yang merupakan nutrisi penting dalam pembentukan energi akan terpenuhi. Dan masih banyak manfaat mengkonsumsi udang.

RESEP TUMIS UDANG SOSIS JAMUR

Bahan :

  • 200 gr udang, kupas
  • 4 bh sosis, potong-potong 2 cm
  • 150 gr jamur merang
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris halus
  • 2 bh cabai merah, iris miring 2 cm
  • 2 bh cabai hijau, iris miring 2 cm
  • 1/2 bh bawang bombay, iris tipis
  • 5 sdm sambal bangkok siap pakai (instan)
  • 2 sdm saus tomat botol instan
  • 1 sdm kecap manis
  • 150 ml kaldu ayam
  • Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
Bumbu :

  • Garam, gula pasir & merica secukupnya
Cara Membuat  :

  1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Tambahkan Cabe, jamur, udang dan sosis, aduk rata.
  2. Masukan kaldu ayam, sambal bangkok, saus tomat, kecap, garam, gula pasir dan merica secukupnya. Masak sampai semuanya benar-benar matang. Matikan api.
  3. Hidangkan selagi hangat.
