Roti kukus yang satu ini merupakan makanan tradisional Tionghoa, secara harfiah di sebut Baozi. Dikenal sebagai Bakpao di indonesia, dari dua kata Pao yang berarti bungkusan dan Bak yang berarti daging.

Kaprikornus Bakpao berarti bungkusan yang berisi daging, pada awalnya daging yang biasa dipakai untuk bakpao yaitu daging babi. Akan tetapi seiring waktu isian bakpao sanggup di sesuaikan dengan selera masing-masing, salah satunya para muslim tionghoa biasanya mengganti dengan daging ayam, sayur-sayuran, srikaya manis, selai kacang kedelai, kacang hijau dan sebagainya.

Kulit bakpao dibentuk dari gabungan tepung terigu yang diberi ragi, sehabis gabungan mengembang dan diberi isian gres kemudian bakpao di kukus sampai matang. Untuk membedakan isi bakpao biasanya di atas bakpao di beri titik warna yang berbeda-beda, titik warna tersebut biasanya di buat memakai pewarna masakan ibarat merah, hijau, kuning, oranye, coklat dan sebagainya.

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi buat campuran Bakpao :

  • 600 gram tepung gandum
  • tiga sendok makan gula pasir
  • 1 1/dua gelas air hangat kuku
  • 1 sdm ragi instan
  • 1 sdt garam halus
  • Bahan - materi buat isian Bakpao :

  • 300 gr daging sapi, di cincang halus
  • 250 gr sawi putih
  • 250 gram wortel
  • Bawang bombay 1/2
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • dua sendok teh lada bubuk
  • 1 sendok makan jahe
  • 2 sdt garam halus
  • 2 sendok teh gula pasir
  • 3 sdm minyak sayur buat menumis
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Masukkan 1 1/dua gelas air hangat kuku ke dalam mangkok stainless yang besar, tambahkan tiga sendok makan gula pasir kemudian aduk rata sampai gula pasir larut

    2. Tambahkan 1 sdm ragi instan, aduk rata dan tunggu sekitar 10-15 mnt hingga ragi mengembang

    tiga. Masukkan tepung terigu sebesar 500 gram ke pada ragi yg sudah mekar, sisihkan 100 gram tepung terigu untuk menguleni nantinya

    4. Aduk tepung hingga rata lalu uleni memakai tangan sampai gabungan kalis, jika campuran masih lengket di tangan beri residu 100 gram tepung gandum bertahap sampai gabungan tidak lengket lagi pada tangan

    lima. Setelah kalis, tutup campuran & pisahkan campuran selama 30 menit-1 jam sampai adonan mekar

    6. Sementara itu basuh higienis semua sayuran untuk materi isian kemudian potong-potong

    7. Cacah halus 2 siung bawang putih & jahe, potong-potong bawang bombay dan sisihkan dahulu

    8. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak sayur pada dalam wajan, tumis bawang putih, jahe dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan daging yg sudah di cincang kemudian aduk rata

    9. Tambahkan wortel, 2 sdt garam halus, 2 sendok teh gula pasir kemudian aduk rata sampai benar-benar tercampur. Masukkan sawi putih, aduk sebentar sampai merata kemudian angkat dan dinginkan

    10. Setelah adonan mengembang, kempiskan campuran dengan memakai tangan lalu bentuk bundar -bundar & beri isian sebanyak 1 sendok makan. Tutup kedap dan pisahkan balik hingga mekar

    11. Panaskan kukusan lalu kukus Bakpao yang telah mekar selama 15-20 mnt hingga matang, angkat dan dinginkan

    Bakpao yang biasanya memakai isian daging, hari ini aku kombinasikan dengan sayur-sayuran. Dan rasanya ternyata lebih mengenyangkan dan rasa isiannya memang sedikit kurang asin berdasarkan pengecap saya, tetapi nanti anda sanggup menyesuaikannya dengan selera masing-masing ya.

    Baozi or Bakpao, Delicious Steamed Buns

    This steamed buns is one of traditional Chinese food, literally called Baozi. Known as Bakpao in Indonesia, Bakpao from two words is Pao meaning Pack and Bak which means meat.

    So Bakpao means packages containing meat, the meat initially used for Bakpao is pork. But over the time, stuffing of steamed buns can be adjusted to the taste of each. One of which Tionghoa Muslims usually change with chicken meat, vegetables, sugar apple sweet, soy peanut butter, green beans and so on.

  • tiga tablespoons vegetable oil for sauteing
  • How To Make :

    1. Add 1 1/dua cups warm water into a large stainless steel bowl, add 3 tablespoons sugar and stir until sugar dissolves

    2. Add 1 tablespoon instant yeast, stir and wait for about 10-15 minutes until the yeast expands

    3. Enter as much as 500 grams of wheat flour into the yeast expands, take 100 grams of wheat flour for kneading later

    4. Stir in flour until blended and then knead by hand until the dough is smooth, if the dough is still sticky to the touch give the rest of the 100 grams of wheat flour gradually until dough is no longer sticky to the hands

    5. After the dull, cover the dough and let stand the dough for 30 minutes until 1 hour and the dough expands

    6. Meanwhile, wash all the vegetables for stuffing ingredients and cut into pieces

    7. Finely chopped dua cloves of garlic, a half of onions and ginger, set aside

    10. Once the dough, flatten the dough by hand and then form round and give the stuffing as much as 1 tablespoon. Cover tightly and let stand until fluffy

    11. Heat the steamer and steam buns that have been expanding for 15-20 minutes until cooked, remove and let cool
