Resep Pasta Buatan Rumah ( Homemade Pasta Recipe )

Saya dan suami termasuk salah satu penyuka pasta ( terutama suami ), terkadang sering beli pasta kering / jadi saja dari minimarket. Tinggal direbus dan saosnya aku lebih suka bikin sendiri ( karena suka dengan menu pasta,,, minimal harus tahu juga resep saos-saos pastanya, paling nggak yang level beginner gitu :D ).

Tapi kini aku mencoba untuk bikin pasta sendiri bunda... Soalnya jikalau beli sesudah diolah sering gak cukup ( maklum soalnya 1 porsinya gede-gede,,, hihihi ).

Nah jikalau sudah sanggup bikin pasta sendiri, sanggup ekonomis alasannya budget untuk beli pasta siap pakai di substitusi dengan buatan sendiri ditambah lagi porsinya sanggup nambah dan nambah lagi tanpa rasa penyesalan ( " nunjuk-nunjuk " suami yang paling semangat makannya :D).

Ini pasta yang telah kemarau & siap diolah

Sebenarnya untuk resep dibawah ini sanggup menghasilkan 8 - 10 porsi ( asal porsinya nggak gede-gede amat ya bunda ). Resepnya juga aku tonton dari youtube, dan kini mau di sharing kembali ke bunda-bunda di rumah agar sanggup praktek eksklusif ya... mudah-mudahan resepnya gampang diikuti ya bunda :)

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya :

Bahan :

  1. 500 gram tepung terigu
  2. 50 gram tepung sagu
  3. 2 butir telur ayam
  4. 5 sdm minyak goreng
  5. 1 sdt garam
  6. Air hangat kuku secukupnya

Cara membuatnya :

  1. Ayak 500 gram tepung terigu dan 50 gram tepung sagu didalam wadah bejana yang cukup besar
  2. Buat lubang ditengah-tengah gabungan tepung terigu dan masukkan 2 butir telur ayam, dilanjutkan dengan 5 sdm minyak goreng dan 1 sdt garam
  3. Kocok lepas memakai garpu, sesudah rata uleni dengan tangan untuk menciptakan adonan benar-benar tercampur rata
  4. Masukkan air hangat kuku bertahap sambil terus diuleni sampai adonan menjadi kalis
  5. Giling adonan memakai ampia dengan ketebalan No. 6 ( sekarang aku menciptakan resep pasta bentuk pasta linguini untuk spaghetti, jadi ketebalannya aku sesuaikan dengan bentuk pasta yang sering aku beli di minimarket )
  6. Setelah semua adonan tamat digilas, angin-anginkan pasta linguini yang sudah jadi sampai benar-benar mengering dan keras ( kalau aku suka menciptakan jemuran pasta di dapur dengan memakai tali, sesudah kering dilepas tapi harus hati-hati alasannya pasta rumahan ini gampang patah)
  7. Pasta sanggup disimpan di dalam wadah plastik yang kedap udara atau dengan cara dibungkus kertas koran kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam kotak, simpan di kawasan yang kering / tidak berair ibarat di lemari dapur. Dengan begitu pasta sanggup baka dan tahan usang ( kalau aku belum tau bunda jikalau pasta bikinan sendiri ini sanggup tahan berapa usang soalnya gak butuh waktu lama-lama buat masuk ke lisan hehehehe :D )

Bunda sudah ada stok pasta nih di lemari dapurnya, tinggal direbus dan diolah sedemikian rupa eksklusif deh sanggup disantap sekeluarga. Pasta yang ini sanggup di masak ibarat mie-mie instan juga atau diolah menjadi mie ayam, pokoknya sesuai selera ya bunda... Artikel selanjutnya aku sharing resep spaghetti saus ayam alfredo ala neti.

Homemade Pasta Recipe

This pasta is ready to cook or keep in airtight jar

Here I share a pasta recipe that I created in my kitchen, hopefully easy to follow steps ya .

Here are the ingredients and how to make it:

Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of corn starch
  • 2 eggs chicken
  • 5 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Lukewarm water to taste

How to make :

  1. Sift flour 500 grams and 50 grams of corn starch in a container large enough
  2. Make a hole in the midst of the flour mixture and insert 2 chicken eggs, followed by 5 tablespoons cooking oil and 1 tsp salt
  3. Shake off using a fork, after average knead by hand to make the dough completely blended
  4. Enter lukewarm water little by little while continuing to knead until the dough becomes in dull
  5. Milled dough using pasta machine with thickness to taste (now I make a paste linguini pasta recipe for spaghetti, so I adjust the thickness of pasta shapes that often I buy at the store)
  6. After all the dough is finished crushed, winds linguini pasta finished until completely dry and hard ( I like to make pasta in the kitchen clothesline using a rope, after dry removable but be careful because the pasta is easily broken )
  7. Pasta can be stored in an airtight plastic container or in a manner wrapped in newspaper and put in a box, store in a dry or damp not like in the kitchen cupboards. With so pasta can be durable and long lasting ( if I do not know this homemade pasta can hold how long because not take long for cooked and eaten with hehehehe: D )

You've no stock of pasta in the kitchen cupboards, living boiled and processed in such a way can be eaten directly as a family. This pasta can be cooked like noodles or instant noodles are also processed into chicken noodle, just to taste ya ... my next article I share spaghetti chicken alfredo recipe style neti.
