RESEP BALA-BALA GORENG SPESIAL ENAK

Hidangan makanan ringan disaat kalem ini biasanya menggunakan resep bala-bencana yg sederhana dan yang mudah-gampang saja. Awalnya dibuat tanpa telur, bahan yang digunakan merupakan tepung terigu, kol, wortel, bawang putih, penyedap, lada, garam, daun bawang & seledri, campur kemudian digoreng kemudian disantap dengan cabai rawit. Pada artikel kali ini, cara menciptakan bencana-bala tentunya akan lebih garing dan renyah, caranya permanen sederhana hanya saja pedoman bumbunya yg lebih bervariasi.

Bahan dan Bumbu :

  • 100 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram tepung beras
  • 1 butir telur
  • 200 ml santan dari ¼ butir kelapa parut
  • 50 gram tauge, siangi
  • 50 gram paprika merah/hijau, iris tipis
  • 50 gram kol, buang bagian kerasnya, iris tipis
  • 100 gram wortel, potong bentuk lidi
  • 2 batang daun bawang, iris halus
  • 2 batang seledri, iris kasar
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
Haluskan :

  • 5 butir bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • ½ sdt merica bulat
  • ½ ruas jari kunyit bakar
  • garam dan kaldu penyedap secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT BALA-BALA GORENG RENYAH :

  1. Kocok telur campur dengan bumbu halus lalu masukkan tepung terigu, tepung beras dan tambahkan santan. Aduk sampai tercampur rata dan adonan menjadi lembut. Masukkan daun bawang, seledri dan semua sayuran, aduk rata.
  2. Panaskan minyak cukup banyak di atas api sedang, goreng per dua sendok sayuran adonan hingga matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Hidangkan panas bersama cabe rawit atau bumbu kacang.
