Resep Bolu Chiffon ( Chiffon Cake Recipe )

Untuk sobat minum teh atau kopi, kudapan yg satu ini memang cocok. Tinggal pada sesuaikan menggunakan selera masing-masing. Dan waktu membentuk bolu yang satu ini aku senangnya bukan main alasannya adalah yakni ternyata bolunya benar-benar mekar dan lembut. Tentunya sebanding dong dengan upaya saya waktu melaksanakan pengocokan dalam waktu yg cukup usang dan cukup membangun tangan ini pegal linu :D

Untuk tekstur berhasil, hanya saja bab permukaan camilan indah tampak kelihatan sedikit gosong akhir aku yang kelupaan jika di dapur sedang terdapat proyek membentuk bolu :)

So far so good lah hehehe :), yup berikut resep dan cara mengolahnya aku bagikan buat bunda ya...

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 8 butir telur ayam
  • 300 gram mentega
  • 300 gram gula pasir
  • 250 gram tepung terigu
  • 50 gram tepung maizena
  • 1/2 kaleng susu kental manis
  • 1 sdt ovalet
  • Coklat bubuk secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Pisahkan kuning dan putih dari 8 butir telur ayam, kemudian campurkan 100 gram gula pasir ke dalam putih telur dan sisihkan
  2. Mixer 300 gram mentega bersama 200 gram gula pasir hingga mentega benar-benar putih dan mengembang
  3. Masukkan 1 sdt ovalet, dan masukkan juga kuning telur satu persatu sambil terus di kocok hingga benar-benar tercampur rata, kemudian matikan mixer
  4. Ayak 250 gram tepung terigu bersama 50 gram tepung maizena, kemudian campurkan ke dalam gabungan mentega dan kuning telur
  5. Aduk memakai spatula hingga benar-benar tercampur rata, kemudian masukkan 1/2 kaleng susu kental bagus sambil terus diaduk hingga merata, sisihkan
  6. Sementara itu siapkan baking pan untuk memanggang yang sebelumnya sudah di olesi dengan mentega terlebih dahulu kemudian ditaburi tepung terigu hingga merata
  7. Panaskan terlebih dahulu panggangan atau ganjal baking pan yang anda gunakan
  8. Mixer terpisah putih telur dan 100 gram gula pasir hingga putih telur kaku dengan tandanya saat mixer di angkat putih telur membentuk jambul dan tidak tumpah saat wadah di balik
  9. Campur gabungan putih telur ke dalam gabungan kuning telur sedikit demi sedikit, aduk hingga benar-benar rata memakai spatula
  10. Setelah rata, ambil gabungan kira-kira 5 sdm gabungan kemudian campur dengan coklat bubuk secukupnya
  11. Masukkan gabungan putih ke dalam loyang, ratakan serta hempaskan sedikit di atas meja untuk mengurangi gelembung udara di dalam bolu
  12. Tuang gabungan coklat di atasnya kemudian buat contoh melingkar memakai lidi atau garpu
  13. Oven hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan kemudian angkat

Untuk rasa manisnya, anda tinggal menambahkan atau mengurangi takaran gula yang di pakai pada dalam resep. Dan juga bebas menambahkan aroma yang anda inginkan ibarat coklat, moka, pandan & lain-lain.

Dan tentunya bolu yang anda buat akan lebih baik dari saya ya...tidak akan kecoklatan ibarat yang terjadi dengan bolu saya saat saya kelupaan. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Chiffon Cake Recipe

For afternoon tea or coffee, snacks this one is suitable. Staying adjusted to the tastes of each. And I'm so happy when making this cake because this cake turns out really fluffy and soft. Certainly comparable with my effort when conducting agitation in quite a long time and is enough to make this hand stiff : D

For texture succeed, it's just part of the surface of the cake looks seem slightly charred due to my forgetfulness that in the kitchen there is a project made cake :)

So far so good hehehe :), yup following this recipe and how to make I share to you ...

Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

  • 8 eggs
  • 300 grams of butter
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp ovalet
  • Cocoa powder to taste

How To Make :

  1. Separate the yolk and white of eight eggs, then mix 100 grams of sugar into the egg whites and set aside
  2. Mixer 300 grams of butter along with 200 grams of sugar until the butter is completely white and fluffy
  3. Add 1 tsp ovalet, and include egg yolks one by one while continuing to beat until completely blended, then turn off the mixer
  4. Sift together flour 250 grams with 50 grams of cornstarch, and mix into the dough butter and egg yolks
  5. Stir using a spatula until completely blended, then enter 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until evenly, set aside
  6. Meanwhile prepare the baking pan to bake the previously already spread with butter first and then sprinkled with flour until evenly
  7. Preheat panggangan or baking pan pads you use
  8. Mixer separate egg whites and 100 grams of sugar until stiff egg whites with a mixer on the mark when lifting the egg whites form the crest and not spilled when the container behind
  9. Mix the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture little by little, stirring until completely mixed using a spatula
  10. After mix, take the dough about 5 tablespoons of dough and mixed with cocoa powder to taste
  11. Enter the white dough into the pan, flatten and tap a little on the table to reduce air bubbles in the sponge
  12. Pour the chocolate batter on it and create a circular pattern using a stick or fork
  13. Oven until cooked and lightly browned and lift

For sweetness, you just adding or reducing the dose of sugar that is used in the recipe. And also free to add your desired aroma like chocolate, mocha, pandan and others.
