Resep Camilan Anggun Pisang Kukus (Steamed Banana Cake Recipe)
Camilan yang satu ini mudah dibuat dirumah, ibu. Bahannya sederhana dan nir memerlukan energi yg akbar buat membuatnya. Waktu memasaknya pula gak terlalu lama .
Berawal dari 5 buah pisang raja yang belum diolah ( sampe kulitnya menghitam, tetapi kalau untuk pisang hal itu tidak apa-apa bunda. alasannya bab dalamnya masih manis kok, masih dapat diolah lagi ) dan biasanya juga nih pisang gak akan bertahan lama, niscaya sudah habis di makan satu-satu ( karena dirumah doyan makan pisang nih :D ).
Namun entah kenapa gerangan menggunakan lima butir pisang ini, sebab lihat bahan-bahan berikut nongkrong pada lemari dapur. Makara punya pandangan baru nih buat resep yg satu ini, & balasannya semuaaanya senang :D

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya :
Bahan :
- 5 buah pisang raja atau pisang lilin
- 200 gram tepung terigu
- 100 gram kelapa parut, disangrai
- 5 sdm gula pasir
- Sejumput garam
- Air secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
- Haluskan 5 buah pisang raja memakai garpu
- Tambahkan 200 gram tepung terigu, aduk hingga rata dan tepungnya tidak menggumpal
- Masukkan 100 gram kelapa parut yang disangrai kemudian 5 sdm gula pasir dan garam sejumput
- Aduk rata semua bahan, tambahkan air sedikit supaya campuran tidak terlalu padat
- Olesi loyang dengan minyak sayur kemudian masukkan campuran ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama lebih kurang 25 menit
- Angkat dan potong-potong, masakan ringan manis pisang siap disajikan
Nah, tamat deh kuliner ringan anggun pisang kukus nya. Gak butuh waktu usang bunda, nih masakan ringan manis segera diserbu pasukan hehehehe :D

Here are the ingredients and how to make it:
Ingredients :
- 5 pieces of bananas
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of grated coconut, roasted
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Sufficient water
How to make it :
- 5 pieces of plantain puree using a fork
- Add 200 grams of flour, stirring until smooth and flour does not clot
