Resep Pempek Labu Siam ( Pempek With Chayote Mixed Recipe )

Labu siam bisa menjadi keliru satu materi adonan buat membentuk pempek atau sate pentul ikan, selain tekstur pempek akan sebagai lembut. Labu siam bisa menambahkan rasa legit pada dalamnya.

Sebenarnya kalau untuk di jadikan kudapan pempek, mengolahnya tidak terlalu sulit. Tetapi apabila bunda ingin membuatnya menjadi sate pentul ikan. Adonan yang sudah siap tinggal di bentuk bundar lonjong dan di tempelkan sambil di tekan-tekan di tusuk sate, celupkan ke dalam telur  yang sudah dikocok lepas kemudian goreng.

Untuk membentuk sate pentul ikan ini, ibu perlu menciptakan adonannya sedikit lebih padat biar sanggup pada bentuk lonjong. Serta menggorengnya perlu memakai panci deep frying biar matang sempurna.

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 250 gram labu siam
  • 450 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram tepung sagu
  • 200 gram ikan giling
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 4 sdt garam halus
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 2 sdm minyak sayur
  • Air secukupnya
  • Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Kupas dan bersihkan 250 gram labu siam, kemudian parut agresif menggunakan parutan keju
  2. Giling halus 1 sdt ketumbar, 1 sdt merica, 2 siung bawang putih dan 4 siung bawang merah
  3. Campur parutan labu siam dengan 200 gram ikan giling, tambahkan bumbu yang sudah di haluskan beserta 4 sdt garam halus, 1 sdt gula pasir dan 2 sdm minyak sayur, aduk rata
  4. Tambahkan 450 gram tepung terigu dan 100 gram tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit, aduk hingga merata
  5. Tambahkan air bertahap hingga adonan bercampur rata hingga adonan gampang di bentuk bulat-bulat
  6. Panaskan minyak sayur di dalam wajan, bentuk bulat-bulat adonan menggunakan 2 buah sendok kemudian masukkan ke dalam minyak panas dan goreng hingga kecoklatan
  7. Angkat dan sajikan bersama cuko pempek atau saus lainnya sesuai selera

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of chayote
  • 450 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of sagoo flour
  • 200 grams of minced fish

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Enough water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How to make :

  1. Peel and wash 250 grams chayote, then use a coarse grated cheese grater
  2. Finely minced 1 tsp coriander, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 cloves of garlic and red onion 4 cloves ( you can use coriander and pepper powder )
  3. Mix the grated squash with 200 grams of minced fish, add spice puree along with 4 tsp fine salt, 1 tsp sugar and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, stir
  4. Add 450 grams of wheat flour and 100 grams of sagoo flour gradually, stirring until evenly
  5. Add water little by little until the dough mix until the dough is flat in shape round
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, shape the dough round use 2 spoons and add to the hot oil and fry until golden
  7. Remove and serve with cuko pempek or other sauce to taste
