Resep Roti Pisang ( Banana Buns Recipe )

Siapa yang tidak suka dengan roti menjadi santapan pada pagi hari atau kudapan di siang hari dan pada saat kalem. Komposisi roti yg ringan dan tidak terlalu mengenyangkan sangat nikmat disantap bersama teh, kopi atau susu. Di tempat tinggal saya, roti galat satu camilan yang sangat digemari. Namun suami lebih suka dengan roti yg eksklusif pada buat pada rumah, menggunakan alasan inilah saya senang membangun sendiri roti sebagai camilan.

Awalnya memang harus mencar ilmu dari resep dasar menciptakan roti, kemudian gres di kombinasikan dengan bahan-bahan lain kesukaan anda menyerupai kentang, ubi, labu kuning, atau pisang. Sama halnya dengan resep yang berikut yang aku bagikan untuk anda, roti yang aku kombinasikan dengan pisang. Hasilnya suami suka, rasa pisang yang cantik dan sedikit asam mengakibatkan roti ini kaya rasa. Saya bagikan resepnya untuk anda. Selamat Mencoba :D

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya,

Bahan - materi :

  • 400 gram tepung terigu
  • 160 gram pisang
  • 3 sdt ragi instan
  • 3 sdm gula pasir
  • 1/2 air hangat kuku
  • 1/2 sdt kayumanis bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1 sdm mentega

Cara membangun :

  1. Haluskan 160 gram pisang memakai garpu atau blender
  2. Campur 3 sdm gula pasir ke dalam 1/2 gelas air hangat kuku, aduk-aduk hingga gula larut
  3. Tambahkan 3 sdt ragi instan, aduk rata kemudian diamkan kira-kira 1 jam hingga ragi mengembang
  4. Sementara itu masukkan 300 gram tepung terigu ke dalam mangkuk besar, sisihkan sisa 100 gram dari tepung terigu tersebut
  5. Lalu tambahkan 1/2 sdt kayumanis bubuk dan 1/2 sdt garam kemudian aduk hingga semua materi tercampur, sisihkan
  6. Buat lubang di tengah-tengah tepung terigu yang ada di dalam mangkuk kemudian masukkan 160 gram pisang yang sudah dihaluskan serta ragi yang sudah mengembang
  7. Aduk campuran memakai tangan atau mixer hingga tercampur rata
  8. Tambahkan 1 sdm mentega, kemudian aduk kembali dan uleni sambil di taburi dengan 100 gram tepung terigu yang sudah kita sisihkan sebelumya bertahap hingga campuran benar-benar kalis
  9. Setelah kalis, tutup mangkuk memakai lap higienis dan diamkan 1 jam atau lebih hingga campuran mengembang
  10. Kempiskan adonan, bagi campuran menjadi bulatan-bulatan kecil atau dengan bentuk sesuai selera kemudian susun di loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega
  11. Tutup kembali campuran dengan lap higienis dan diamkan selama 30 menit hingga dengan 1 jam
  12. Panaskan panggangan hingga suhu 160 derajat celsius, olesi roti dengan mentega kemudian taburi atasnya dengan gula pasir ( boleh dengan topping lain sesuai selera anda menyerupai wijen, keju atau yang lainnya )
  13. Panggang selama 15 menit, kemudian keluarkan roti dari panggangan dan olesi dengan mentega lagi dan terakhir panggang lagi selama 10 menit hingga roti matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan
  14. Angkat, dinginkan dan roti siap disajikan sebagai embel-embel minum teh, kopi atau susu

Tentunya setiap mempraktekkan resep pertama kalinya kita akan acapkali mengalami kegagalan, tetapi dari kegagalan itulah bersama-sama kita bisa mencar ilmu sebagai lebih baik. Saya jua awalnya mengalami kesulitan buat menciptakan adonan dasar roti, pedoman resepnya yg sangat poly.

Who does not like the bread as a meal or snack in the morning during the day and at the time relaxing. Composition lightly of bread and not too fill very delicious eaten with tea, coffee or milk. In my house, bread one of the very popular snack. But the husband prefers the direct bread that made at home, with this reason I like to make my own bread as a snack.

Initially it had learned from the basic recipe to make bread, then it's new combined with the other ingredients of your choice such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, or bananas. Similarly with the following recipes that I share to you, the bread which I combine with banana. The result is husband likes it, sweet banana flavor and slightly sour make this bread rich of flavour. Here are the ingredients and how to make it,

Ingredients :

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 160 grams of banana
  • 3 tsp instant yeast
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 lukewarm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to make :

  1. Puree 160 grams of banana using a fork or blender
  2. Mix 3 tablespoons granulated sugar into 1/2 cup lukewarm water, stir until sugar is dissolved
  3. Add 3 tsp instant yeast, stir and let stand about 1 hour until the yeast develop
  4. Meanwhile enter 300 grams of flour into a large bowl and set aside the rest of the 100 grams of flour
  5. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir until all ingredients mixed, set aside
  6. Make a hole in the middle of the flour in the bowl and enter 160 grams of banana puree and yeast that have developed
  7. Stir the dough by hand or mixer until well blended
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, then stir again and knead while give 100 gram of flours on top little by little which we have previously set aside until the dough is really smooth
  9. Once smooth, cover the bowl using a clean cloth and let stand 1 hour or until dough arise
  10. Flatten the dough using hand, and divide the dough into small buns or with customized shapes with your tastes and arrange in a baking pan that has been greased
  11. Close again the dough with a clean cloth and let stand for 30 minutes up to 1 hour
  12. Preheat panggangan to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius, spread bread with butter and sprinkle it with sugar ( can be personalized with any other toppings you like such as sesame, cheese or other )
  13. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the bread from the panggangan and spread with butter and bake again for 10 minutes until bread cooked and brownish yellow
  14. Remove, let cool and bread ready to serve as a complementary tea, coffee or milk

Surely every recipe practice for the first time we will often fail, but that's true from failure we can learn to be better. I also initially had difficulty to make a basic bread dough, there are a lot of recipe guide.
