Resep Mie Tumis Sayuran ( Vegetable Stir Fry Noodles Recipe )

Sedang tidak selera makan, coba masak resep yg satu ini. Bisa anda tambahkan kuah kaldu atau kecap sinkron kesukaan, sangat gampang pada masak kalau kebetulan terdapat program keluarga.

Sekilas seakan-akan menggunakan mie tumis jawa atau pada tempat palembang terdapat yang disebut mie tek-tek. Hanya saja buat mie tek-tek biasanya hanya memakai kubis saja & di beri air biasa menjadi kuahnya.

Bahan - materi :

  • 800 gram mie kuning
  • 4 buah wortel
  • 3 batang daun bawang
  • 150 gram kecambah
  • 100 gram kubis
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 6 siung bawang merah
  • 1 buah kemiri
  • 1/2 sdt ketumbar
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 10 buah cabe rawit
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Minyak sayur secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Giling 1/2 sdt ketumbar, 3 siung bawang putih, 6 buah bawang merah, 1 sdt merica dengan 2 sdt garam agresif sampai benar-benar halus
  2. Cuci higienis 4 buah wortel, 3 batang daun bawang, 100 gram kubis, kemudian potong-potong sesuai selera
  3. Cuci higienis 150 gram kecambah, tiriskan
  4. Panaskan minyak sayur di dalam wajan, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai harum
  5. Masukkan cuilan wortel dan daun bawang kemudian aduk rata, tutup dan tunggu beberapa ketika sampai wortel setengah lembut
  6. Masukkan mie kuning kemudian aduk rata, tutup dan tunggu beberapa saat
  7. Buka kembali tutupnya kemudian aduk lagi, masukkan 100 gram kubis kemudian aduk rata
  8. Tambahkan garam dan gula sesuai selera, aduk rata
  9. Masukkan 150 gram kecambah, aduk rata
  10. Setelah kecambah sedikit layu, angkat dan sajikan

Ingredients :

  • 800 grams of yellow noodles
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 leeks
  • 150 gram sprouts
  • 100 grams of cabbage
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 cloves of onions
  • 1 hazelnut
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Vegetable oil to taste

How To Make :

  1. Minced 1/2 tsp coriander, 3 cloves garlic, 6 pieces of red onion, 1 tsp pepper with 2 tsp salt until completely smooth
