Yuk kita mengenal sedikit ihwal sayuran yang satu ini, kentang merupakan sumber pati, vitamin dan serat. Merupakan galat satu komoditas yg murah & sebagian penduduk memanfaatkannya menjadi makanan utama dikarenakan kentang mempunyai asal serat yang relatif tinggi. Kentang kaya vitamin & mineral dan mengandung sedikit lemak dan kolesterol sehingga mengkonsumsinya tidak membikin gemuk, oleh alasannya adalah itu sangat cocok nih buat bunda-bunda yg berminat diet & melangsingkan badan :D
Oya ibu, serat yang terdapat pada kentang mampu membantu mencegah sembelit dan mengurangi peresapan kolesterol kuliner dan menurunkan kolesterol jahat LDL. Kentang jua sanggup membantu pencernaan dan asal karbohidrat yg baik buat penderita diabetes. Kentang kaya antioksidan dalam artian bila bunda ingin terlihat abadi muda maka perbanyaklah mengkonsumsi kentang. Selain itu kentang mengandung banyak mineral, kaya vitamin A, mengandung senyawa zat anti kanker. Nah, mak begitu banyak manfaat kentang bagi kesehatan. Dan nir keliru apabila kita berguru mengolah kentang menjadi hidangan-hidangan yang menggugah kesukaan.
Bunda senang ikan asin ? Kalau aku suka , tetapi tentunya buat memasak ikan asin pun terdapat caranya ya. Saya tak jarang merendam ikan asin terlebih dahulu dengan air biasa buat beberapa saat buat mengurangi rasa asin menurut kandungan garam yg berlebih saat ikan asin tersebut pada olah. Kemudian gres basuh higienis & di potong sesuai selera. Kalau garam pada ikan asin sahih-sahih tebal & poly, mak sanggup merendam ikan asin selama beberapa jam dengan mengganti terus air rendaman yg telah keruh. Dengan begitu ikan asin mampu kondusif & nyaman sampai ke meja sajian kita, berikut aku ingin menunjukkan resep olahan dari kentang & ikan asin yg menjadi kesukaan saya sekeluarga. Cara Membuatnya :
1. Kupas dan basuh bersih 500 gram kentang lalu pangkas sesuai selera
2. Potong - potong 500 gr ikan asin kemudian rendam di dalam air higienis selama beberapa saat, kemudian basuh higienis dan tiriskan
3. Haluskan 10 buah cabai merah, 6 siung bawang merah dan tiga siung bawang putih, sisihkan
4. Panaskan minyak sayur pada dalam wajan buat menggoreng kentang & ikan asin, sehabis panas goreng kentang & ikan asin hingga matang & berubah kekuningan, angkat dan pisahkan
5. Panaskan minyak sayur beberapa sendok, lalu tumis bumbu-bumbu yg sudah pada haluskan sampai harum
6. Masukkan 2 sendok makan gula merah dan 2 sdt garam halus, aduk hingga merata
7. Masukkan kentang dan ikan asin yg telah di goreng, aduk sampai bumbu sahih-benar meresap
8. Kemudian angkat dan hidangkan
Nah, gampang bukan menciptakan sambal kentang untuk hidangan sekeluarga. Penggunaan garam di dalam masakannya perlu di perhatikan ya bunda, semoga rasanya tidak terlalu asin dikarenakan untuk menyeimbangkan rasa dari ikan asin. Makara untuk memasak yang bergizi dan nikmat di rumah kita sendiri tidak harus selalu mahal kan bunda ? cukup dengan materi sederhana tetapi mempunyai nilai gizi yang baik untuk bunda dan keluarga.
