Hari ini lagi inspeksi dadakan ( kayak polisi lagi patroli hehehe.., ) untuk bahan-bahan masakan yang ada di kulkas dan eng..ing...eng ... ternyata masih ada stok beberapa bahan-bahan sayuran yang masih tersisa di kulkas.

Langsung deh keluar hasratnya mau nyemil sore-sore jadi tuh materi eksklusif di hukuman deh.

Cara membuatnya gampang bunda, dan gak perlu waktu lama. Camilan sore hari sudah tersedia, murah meriah dan tentu terjamin dan best seller ( habisnya laku elok nih tinggal piringnya doang :D ) kayak mau dagang aja nih hehehe :D

Oke mak , nih aku sharing resepnya ya...

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya :

Bahan :

• 4 buah gabungan pizza yang sudah jadi
• 5 buah wortel
• 1 buah jagung
• 2 buah bawang bombay
• 6 buah sosis, dipotong-potong tipis
• Keju parut secukupnya

Bahan saus tomat :

• 6 buah tomat
• 3 siung bawang putih
• 1/2 bab bawang bombay
• 2 buah sosis, diiris dadu
• Garam dan gula secukupnya
• 2 sdm minyak goreng

Cara membuatnya :

1. Pipihkan gabungan pizza yang sudah jadi berdasarkan bentuk sesuai selera ( saya menentukan bentuk persegi dan sisanya gres yang berbentuk bulat )
2. Rebus 5 buah wortel dan 1 buah jagung, potong dadu wortel dan pipil jagung yang sudah direbus. Potong 2 buah bawang bombay sesuai selera
3. Untuk saus tomat : rebus 6 buah tomat hingga lunak, buang biji dan kulit luarnya. Cincang halus 3 siung bawang putih dan potong dadu 1/2 bab bawang bombay. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak goreng kemudian tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum, masukkan 2 buah sosis yang sudah diiris dadu dan tomat. Aduk rata hingga tomat benar-benar hancur, tambahkan garam dan gula secukupnya dan angkat kalau saus tomat sudah mulai mengental.
4. Oles saus tomat pada gabungan pizza yang sudah dipipihkan, tata wortel, jagung, sosis yang dipotong tipis dan bawang bombay
5. Oven dengan suhu 150 derajat celcius selama 20-25 menit tergantung ketebalan kulit pizza, angkat dan keluarkan dari panggangan kemudian taburi keju parut sesuai selera. Masukkan kembali ke panggangan selama 10 menit hingga kejunya meleleh.
6. Keluarkan dari panggangan dan hidangkan, boleh menambahkan saus tomat atau cabai sesuai selera

Sebenarnya membangun pizza yg enak dari saya eksklusif sangat tergantung dalam adonan pizza & saus tomatnya yg dioleskan di pizza.

Untuk topping bunda bebas menentukan topping apa saja sesuai selera, dapat dari sayur-sayuran menyerupai bayam yang tentunya direbus terlebih dahulu. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Simple Homemade Pizza Recipe

Ingredients :

1. 4 pieces of ready-made pizza dough
2. 5 carrots
3. 1 piece of corn
4. 2 pieces of onion
5. 6 pieces of chicken sausage, cut into thin slices
6. Grated cheese to taste

Ingredients of Tomato Sauce:

1. 6 tomatoes
2. 3 cloves of garlic
3. Half of the onion
4. 2 pieces of sausage, sliced ​​dice
5. Salt and sugar to taste
6. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

How to make it:

• Flatten pizza dough ready-made according to the shape according to taste ( I chose a square shape and the remainder in the form of round )
• Boil 5 carrots and 1 piece of corn, finely diced carrots and corn that has been boiled. Cut 2 pieces of onion to taste
• For the tomato sauce : boil 6 tomatoes until soft, remove seeds and outer skin. Finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic and diced half of the onion. Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil then sauté garlic and onions until fragrant, put 2 pieces of sausage that is sliced ​​and diced tomato. Stir until completely crushed tomatoes, add salt and sugar to taste and lift when the tomato sauce has begun to thicken.
• Apply the tomato sauce on pizza dough that is flattened, place the sauce over the carrots then corn, chicken sausages and onions that have been cut
• Oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the pizza peel, lift and remove from panggangan and sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Enter back into the panggangan for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
• Remove from panggangan and serve, may add tomato or chili sauce to taste

Actually making delicious pizza I personally highly dependent on the pizza dough and tomato sauce smeared on the pizza.
