  • Kulitnya berwarna merah
  • Teksturnya lebih padat dan keras dibandingkan dengan bawang bombai putih
  • Aromanya lebih tajam serta rasanya lebih bagus menyerupai warna kulitnya yang ranum
  • Tiap ruas melingkar bawang bombay ini berwarna merah keunguan

Cara Memilih Dan Menyiapkan Bawang Bombai

  • Pilih bawang yang umbinya keras dan lingkaran dengan kulit menyerupai kertas yang bersih
  • Hindari bawang yang mulai bertunas

  • Her skin is red
