Dan masih berdasarkan aku juga bukan hanya fungsi talenan menjadi faktor penting dalam penggunaannya tetapi juga kebersihan talenan itu sendiri... Apakah bunda oke ??? dan ternyata masih banyak dari kita salah dalam hal cara menggunakan talenan.

  • Dalam pemakaian talenan dari kayu

Seperti yang kita ketahui, sesungguhnya talenan ada beberapa jenis dari materi pembuatnya. Ada yang dari plastik, kayu atau kerikil marmer yang terdapat di counter meja dapur ibarat yang aku ceritakan diatas.

Tetapi perlu bunda ketahui, lebih disarankan untuk menggunakan talenan kayu. Alasannya ialah lantaran talenan kayu akan menciptakan pisau tidak gampang tumpul lantaran permukaan kayu yang halus.

Talenan dari bambu merupakan talenan dengan harga yang murah dan mempunyai sifat anti kuman alami, tidak merusak pisau.

Dan alasan kita tidak disarankan menggunakan talenan plastik yakni lantaran biasanya talenan plastik akan gampang mengelupas dan meninggalkan penggalan kecil yang sanggup terbawa dalam materi kuliner dan juga talenan plastik mempunyai lebih banyak kuman yang melekat di bandingkan dengan talenan jenis lainnya.
