Resep Tempe Bacem Sederhana ( Simple Bacem Tempeh Recipe )

Bunda mungkin tidak aneh lagi mendengar masakan lauk tempe bacem. Tempe bacem merupakan olahan tempe yang di sajikan selain pada goreng, hampir sama menggunakan olahan tempe rebus tetapi tempe bacem diolah dengan menggunakan bumbu-bumbu. Apabila tempe goreng membentuk mak merasa bosan, cara lain selanjutnya ibu dapat membentuk olahan tempe bacem.

Awalnya aku pikir menciptakan tempe bacem tidak mengecewakan rumit bunda, tetapi sehabis aku coba memasak beberapa kali ternyata tidaklah sesulit yang di bayangkan. Resep berikut sudah aku praktekkan di dapur aku bunda. Dengan bumbu-bumbu sederhana dan cepat di masaknya ( kebiasaan nih bund,,, maunya yang cepet dan simpel dan gak pake usang di dalam dapurnya hehehehe ).

Biasanya saya mengolah tempe bacem dalam jumlah yang relatif poly. Setelah pada bacem, tempe aku simpan di dalam kulkas pada wadah tertutup. Dan saat mau pada santap tempe bacem umumnya saya goreng terlebih dahulu, atau bila suka langsung di makan saja sebagai lauk.

Namun suami dan saya lebih suka menggunakan tempe bacem goreng. Rasanya anggun & legit atau kalau mak nir suka manis, bisa mengurangi jumlah pemakaian kecap manis di dalam resep & menambahkan garam secukupnya.

Nah.. Ini beliau tempe bacem yg siap pada goreng atau dimakan langsung :D

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya

Bahan-bahan :

  • 24 potong tempe
  • 2 sdt ketumbar
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 5 sdm kecap manis
  • 1 sdm gula merah
  • 2 sdt garam
  • 1 1/2 gelas air

Cara membuatnya :

  1. Haluskan 2 sdt ketumbar, 2 siung bawang putih, 4 siung bawang merah dengan 2 sdt garam
  2. Masukkan 1 1/2 gelas air ke dalam wajan besar yang cukup menampung jumlah tempe saat di aduk
  3. Tambahkan bumbu-bumbu halus kemudian aduk rata
  4. Tambahkan 5 sdm kecap cantik dan 1 sdm gula merah, aduk-aduk dan tunggu sampai mendidih
  5. Masukkan tempe, atur di dalam wajan kemudian diamkan sebentar sampai sebelah bab tempe meresap
  6. Balik tempe dan biarkan meresap pada bab sebelah nya lagi
  7. Sesekali di balik sampai air bumbu nya benar-benar meresap dan kering kemudian angkat
  8. Tempe bacem biasanya di goreng terlebih dahulu sebelum di sajikan tetapi apabila suka boleh di santap langsung

Olahan tempe bacem dapat menjadi alternatif olahan untuk menciptakan tempe menjadi lebih baka dan tidak asam saat ingin di simpan dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Tempe bacem biasanya nikmat di santap bersama lalapan sayur dengan sambal terasi serta ikan goreng bumbu. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Simple Bacem Tempeh Recipe

Bacem tempeh is tempeh processed in addition to serve fried, similar to the tempeh boiled processed but tempeh bacem processed by using spices. If the fried tempeh make you feel bored, then you can make alternative processed bacem tempeh.

Initially I thought making tempeh bacem fairly complicated, but once I tried to cook a couple of times it is not as difficult as imagined. The following recipe has been my practice in my kitchen. With spices in cooking simple and fast ( it is my habit wants to cook quick, practical and not too long in the kitchen hehehehe ).

Usually I cook tempeh bacem in considerable amounts. Once in bacem, tempeh I keep in the refrigerator in a sealed container. And when going to eat tempe bacem usually fried first, or if you like to be eaten directly as a side dish.

But my husband and I prefer the fried tempe bacem. It was sweet and savory or if you do not like sweet, you can reduce the amount of consumption of soy sauce in the recipe and add salt to taste.

Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

  • 24 pieces of tempeh
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 pieces of onion
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup water

How to make :

  1. Puree 2 tsp coriander, 2 cloves garlic, 4 onions with 2 tsp salt
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups water in a large skillet large enough to hold the amount of tempeh when in stir
  3. Add spices and mix smooth
  4. Add 5 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon brown sugar, stir and wait until boiling
  5. Enter tempeh, set in the pan and let stand for a while until the next piece of tempeh pervasive
  6. Behind tempeh and let it soak in the next section again
  7. Occasionally behind until the water completely permeated marinade and dry and lift
  8. Tempe bacem usually fried first before on serve but if like to be in direct eat

Bacem cook tempeh can be processed to make tempeh alternative to be more durable and do not want to sour when stored in a long time. Tempe bacem usually favors in meal together stew vegetables with Sambal Terasi and fry fish seasoning. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom: D
