Resep Masakan Tahu Rebus Saus Jamur:

Bahan-bahan:

  • tahu lombok: 300 gr, potong dadu
  • jamur kancing: 150 gr , iris tipis
  • garam: 1/4 sdt
  • saus tomat: 1 sdm
  • bawang bombai: 1/4 buah, cincang halus
  • susu cair: 400 ml
  • garam: 1/2 sdt
  • kaldu ayam bubuk: 1 sdt
  • kecap manis: 1 sdm
  • merica bubuk: 1/4 sdt
  • tepung terigu: 2 sdm
  • air: 500 ml
  • minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat Masakan Tahu Rebus Saus Jamur:

  1. Didihkan air, masukkanlah  garam dan tahu lombok . Lalu rebus hingga matang. Kemudian angkat, tiriskan, dan sisihkan.
  2. Panasi minyak, tumis bawang bombai sehingga menjadi harum.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu, lau aduk-aduklah.
  4. Tuangkan susu cair sedikit demi seidikit sembari diaduk hingga rata.
  5. Masukkan juga merica bubuk, jamur kancing, saus tomat,  kaldu ayam bubuk, garam, dan kecap manis. Aduk-aduk terus dan masak hingga matang. Angkat lalu sisihkan.
  6. Susun tahu rebus di atas piring saji, di permukaan atasnya siram dengan saus jamur.
  7. Masakan sekarang siap untuk disajikan.
