Resep Kuliner Gatang Kenari Khas Maluku

Foodies, gatang kenari merupakan salah satu masakan khas Maluku Utara, penduduk Maluku biasa menyebutnya ketam kenari atau kepiting kenari. Kepiting kenari yaitu satwa darat yang akil memetik dan mengupas buah kelapa, serta menjadikannya kuliner kegemaran mereka. Karena itulah kepiting kenari dianggap lebih gurih & bagus dagingnya dibanding kepiting biasa. Pasti foodies dah gak sabar pengen nyoba masakan ini, eksklusif aja deh ni resepnya :

Bahan-bahan :

* 1 ekor kepiting

* minyak goring secukupnya

Bumbu yang haluskan :

* 2 buah kemiri

* 2 siung bawang putih

* 1 ruas laos

* 1 ruas kunyit

* 1/2 ruas jahe

Bumbu lainnya :

* 10 cabe keriting

* 8 siung bawang merah, iris tipis-tipis

* 6 lembar daun jeruk

* 2 atau 3 sdm minyak goreng

* 2 batang daun bawang

* 1 batang serai, geprak

* 1/2 sdt gula

* 100 ml santan yg dicampur 250 ml air

* 50 gr kenari

* garam secukupnya

Cara menciptakan :

* Kepiting dibelah cangkangnya, basuh bersih, potong-potong kemudian goreng sampai matang atau berwarna kemerahan, sisihkan.

* Semua bumbu dihaluskan. Tumis bawang merah dengan 3 sdm minyak, kemudian masukkan serai, tumis sampai harum.

* Tambahkan daun jeruk, bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, dan cabe keriting yang sudah dihaluskan.

* Masukkan santan, tambahkan garam aduk rata, kemudian masukkan gula.

* Setelah mengental masukkan kepiting yang sudah digoreng. Masukkan daun bawang yag sudah diiris dan kenari.
