Resep Dan Cara Membuat Kue Kering Cokelat Almond RESEP DAN CARA MEMBUAT KUE KERING COKELAT ALMOND ENAK DAN PRAKTIS, siapa yang tidak suka cokelat ataupun kacang almond. Sudah tentu kue yang satu ini terasa enak rasanya.

RESEP KUE KERING COKELAT ALMOND

Bahan:

  • 140 g tepung terigu
  • 75 ggula pasir
  • 80 g mentega
  • 1/2 sdt vanili
  • 2 bh kuning telur
  • 1/4 garam
  • 1/4 baking powder
  • 20 g cokelat bubuk
  • 20 g almon bubuk
  • 1/8 esens almond
Cara Membuat Kue Kering Cokelat Almond:

  1. Kocok mentega, gula pasir dan vanili hingga lembut. Tambahkan kuning telur satu persatu sambil dikocok hingga rata.
  2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, baking powder dan garam sambil diayak, aduk kembali sampai rata. Bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian.
  3. Campurkan satu bagian adonan dengan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata dan gilas hingga ketebalan 4 mm, sisihkan.
  4. Campur rata satu bagian adonan yang lainnya dengan almond bubuk dan esens almond. Gilas adonan sampai ketebalan 4 mm. Kemudian letakan diatas adonan cokelat, lalu gulung searah secara bersamaan. bungkus dengan palstik dan simpan dalam freezer selama 1 jam.
  5. Keluarkan adonan dari dalam plastik, lalu potong-potongadonan setebal 5 mm, taruh diatas loyang yang telah diolesi margarin dan dilapisi kertas roti.
  6. Panggang dalam open dengan suhu175 derajat celsius selama 25 menit atau sampai matang. Sajikan.
Hasil kue : 350 gram

Lama pengerjaan 50 menit

Tips:

  • Mentega dapat diganti dengan margarin
  • Satu butir telur sebaiknya seberat 50 gram.
