Resep Cumi Asam Manis Pedas Saus Tiram

RESEP CUMI ASAM MANIS PEDAS SAUS TIRAM

Bahan-bahan

  • 500 gram cumi-cumi
  • 1 buah wortel - dipotong kecil memanjang (3 cm)
  • 1 buah bawang bombay, iris kasar memanjang/bulat
  • 3 siung bawang putih - iris kasar
  • 5 cabe rawit, iris serong
  • 1 cm jahe - iris tipis
  • 1 batang serai - digeprek/iris kasar menyerong
  • 2 sendok makan saus tiram
  • 2 sendok makan saus sambal instan
  • 1 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 1 sendok makan kecap ikan/kecap asin (jika ada)
  • 1 sendok makan air jeruk nipis
  • 3 lembar daun limau purut - di robek2
  • Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya, uji rasa terlebih dahulu
  • 200 ml air (1 gelas air)
  • 1 buah tomat, potong menjadi 8 bagian
  • 1 sendok teh tepung maizena (tepung jagung) larutkan dengan sedikit air (¾ gelas)
  • 3 sendok makan minyak, untuk menumis
Cara Membuat Cumi Asam Manis Pedas Saus Tiram:

  1. Siangi/bersihkan (kulit ari) cumi-cumi dan buang tinta hitamnya. Setelah itu, potong bulat agak tebal dan cuci bersih.
  2. Lumuri cumi-cumi dengan air jeruk nipis dan diamkan selama 15 menit. Setelah 15 menit, bilas/cuci kembali dan tiriskan
  3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, serai, jahe dan cabe rawit hingga harum. Masukkan cumi dan aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan saus tiram, saus sambal, kecap manis, kecap ikan, dan daun jeruk purut. Tambah air untuk kuah, aduk lagi.
  5. Masukkan wortel, aduk rata, uji rasa kalau kurang asin tambahkan garam dan gula pasir (ingat kecap ikan rasanya sudah cukup asin kecuali diatas tidak memakai kecap ikan). Biarkan mendidih sampai cumi dan wortel matang sempurna.
  6. Masukkan tomat dan tepung meizena untuk sedikit mengentalkan kuah. Matikan api.
  7. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
