RESEP MEMBUAT SCHOTEL AYAM LAPIS SAYURAN

Bahan:

  • 400 gram dada ayam fillet, dipotong kotak kecil
  • 250 gram kentang, kupas, potong dadu
  • 150 gram wortel, potong dadu
  • 100 gram buncis, iris halus
  • 100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 500 ml susu cair
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam (sesuai selera)
  • 1/8 sendok teh pala bubuk
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 100 gram keju cheddar parut
  • 4 kuning telur
  • 4 putih telur, kocok lepas
  • air untuk merebus
  • 2 sendok makan margarin untuk menumis
Cara Membuat Schotel Ayam Lapis Sayuran:

  1. Rebus ayam, kentang, wortel, dan buncis hingga empuk, sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan margarin, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk hingga menggumpal. Tuangkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit, aduk hingga mengental.
  3. Tambahkan merica bubuk, garam, pala bubuk, dan keju cheddar. Aduk rata. Angkat.
  4. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk cepat. Tambahkan ayam, kentang, wortel, dan buncis. Aduk rata.
  5. Tambahkan putih telur, aduk rata. Tuang ke pinggan tahan panas yang dioles margarin. Tutup dengan alumunium foil.
  6. Kukus di atas api sedang 30 menit sampai matang. Menjelang akan dihidangkan, oven dengan api atas 15 menit sampai sedikit kecokelatan.
  7. Angkat dan siap disajikan.
