RESEP MEMBUAT SUP IGA KACANG MERAH Bahan Sup Iga Kacang Merah:

  • 1 kg iga sapi, potong-potong
  • 100 gram kacang merah, rendam semalaman
  • 200 gram wortel, potong sesuai selera
  • 200 gram kentang, potong sesuai selera
  • 200 gram buncis, potong 5 cm
  • 1500 ml air
  • 2 sendok makan garam
  • 2 sendok makan mentega
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 2 batang daun bawang, potong 3 cm
  • 2 batang daun seledri, petik daunnya
  • Pala bubuk secukupnya
  • 3 sendok makan minyak, untuk menumis
Bumbu Halus:

  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • Taburan:
  • 2 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
  • Jeruk nipis
Cara Memasak RESEP SUP IGA KACANG MERAH:

  1. Rebus daging iga hingga empuk, jangan dibuang air sisa rebusannya. Sementara itu rebus juga secara terpisah kacang merah hingga empuk, tiriskan.
  2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukan kedalam kuah rebusan iga.
  3. Tambahkan kentang, garam dan wortel, masak sampai wortel setengah matang.
  4. Masukan buncis, daun bawang dan daun seledri. Masak hingga semua bahan matang.
  5. Tambahkan pala bubuk dan gula pasir, matikan api.
  6. Sajikan selagi hangat.
