Bubur ayam yang satu ini sangat cocok buat di santap pagi, siang atau malam. Tekstur nya yg lembut menyebabkan perut terasa nyaman, ditambah dengan rasa legit dari kuahnya semakin membentuk bubur ini mantap buat di coba.

Salah satu kendala untuk membentuk bubur ini yaitu proses dalam memasak bubur yg relatif lama hingga beras yg di pakai benar-sahih sebagai lembut, tetapi itu seluruh tidak sebanding dengan cita rasanya. Akhirnya saatnya menyantap bubur ayam protesis sendiri nih, ditemani menggunakan teh hangat menjadi sajian yg satu ini semakin mantap cita rasanya... Mari ibu, berikut resepnya aku bagikan buat anda

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya

Bahan bubur :

  • 250 gram beras
  • 2 liter air
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 3 sdt garam halus

Bahan Kuah :

  • 600 gram ayam bab dada
  • 1 liter air
  • 2 batang serai, dikeprak
  • 1 cm jahe, dikeprak
  • 1 cm lengkuas, dikeprak

Bahan Bumbu yang di haluskan :

  • 5 buah bawang putih
  • 7 buah bawang merah
  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 1 cm kunyit
  • 2 buah kemiri
  • 1/2 sdt kayu cantik bubuk
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 3 sdt garam kasar
  • 3 sdm kecap manis
  • 3 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis

Bahan Pelengkap :

  • 50 gram kerupuk kanji
  • 2 batang daun bawang di iris tipis
  • 2 sdm daun seledri di iris tipis
  • 2 sdm bawang goreng
  • Kecap asin secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Didihkan 1 liter air, kemudian masukkan 600 gram ayam bab dada yang sudah dipotong-potong
  2. Tambahkan 1 cm jahe di keprak, 2 batang serai di keprak, dan 1 cm lengkuas di keprak
  3. Masak hingga ayam lunak kemudian angkat, pisahkan ayam dari air kaldu dan goreng hingga kuning tetapi jangan terlalu garing atau renyah, suwir-suwir ayam
  4. Sisihkan kira-kira 2 gelas air kaldu dari rebusan ayam untuk adonan memasak materi bubur
  5. Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan hingga harum, tambahkan 2 lembar daun salam dan 3 sdm kecap manis, aduk rata dan angkat
  6. Masak semua materi bubur hingga benar-benar lembut, angkat
  7. Untuk penyajiannya : Ambil beberapa sendok bubur kemudian masukkan ke dalam mangkuk yang tersedia, tambahkan 1 sdm ayam suwir, taburi dengan bawang goreng, seledri dan daun bawang serta tambahkan kecap asin secukupnya
  8. Beri kuah di dalam mangkuk bubur atau secara terpisah, sajikan
