Untuk memasak beras ketan hitam, terlebih dahulu aku rendam selama kurang lebih 1 jam, tetapi tidak problem kalau anda ingin merendamnya lebih lama. Karena perendaman beras ketan hitam bertujuan untuk mempermudah kita sewaktu mengungkep beras ketan hitam supaya cepat lembut.

Nah, tidak perlu waktu usang untuk merebus beras ketan hitam apabila sudah direndam alasannya tekstur beras ketan hitamnya sudah mengembang dan gampang lembut.

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya

Bahan - materi buat bubur :

  • 500 gram beras ketan hitam
  • 150 gram gula merah
  • 300 gram gula pasir
  • dua sdt garam halus
  • 1 gelas santan kental
  • Bahan-bahan buat saus santan :

  • tiga gelas santan kental
  • 4 lembar daun pandan
  • dua sdt garam halus
  • 2 sdt vanila ( optional )
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Cuci bersih beras ketan hitam yg sudah di rendam, beri air sampai semua beras ketan hitam terendam lalu panaskan dengan api kompor yg akbar

    2. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan barah & mixer terus agar bab bawahnya nir gosong sampai air menyusut

    tiga. Tambahkan air lagi jika beras ketan hitam belum lembut dan musnah

    4. Setelah beras ketan hitam lembut & sedikit hancur, tambahkan 150 gr gula merah yang sudah pada iris terlebih dahulu lalu masukkan 300 gr gula pasir & aduk rata hingga gula larut

    5. Selanjutnya tambahkan dua sdt garam halus dan 1 gelas santan kental, aduk hingga airnya sedikit menyusut kemudian angkat

    6. Selanjutnya untuk menyiapkan saus santan : rebus tiga gelas santan kental dengan api sedang sambil terus di aduk

    7. Tambahkan dua sdt garam halus dan 4 lembar daun pandan yang sudah di ikat simpul (Jika tidak ada daun pandan, anda boleh menambahkan 2 sdt vanili supaya saus santan beraroma harum

    8. Setelah mendidih angkat saus dan dinginkan. Untuk penyajian : masukkan beberapa sendok bubur ketan hitam ke dalam mangkuk lalu beri saus santan di atasnya, sajikan
