Resep Donat Kentang ( Potatoes Donut Recipe )

Menurut aku donat adalah makanan ringan yang sanggup pada variasikan menggunakan poly sekali macam materi yang terdapat mirip kentang misalnya. Dan masih menurut aku pula yaitu sifat menurut materi dasar kentang yg lembut mampu sebagai materi biang yang cukup manis buat menciptakan tekstur donat yang kita buat menjadi empuk.

Ketika menciptakan donat kentang ini, sekilas saya menjadi teringat keliru satu resep roti yg saya posting di dalam artikel resep lainnya yaitu memakai materi biang yang di sebut thangzhong. Nah, tekstur kentang waktu sudah dihaluskan hampir seperti thangzhong yang bahannya dibentuk menggunakan mengolah adonan tepung gandum & air saja.

Saya berpikir donat kentang ini pastinya akan lebih empuk dan lembut dibandingkan menggunakan donat berbahan biasa saja. Dan ternyata, memang sahih-benar empuk dan lembut.

Tidak salah kan kalau sesekali kita mencoba menciptakan donat kentang ini, akhirnya juga ternyata cukup yummy. Yuk kita memasak donat kentangnya :D

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 300 gram tepung terigu
  • 50 gram kentang
  • 1 sdm margarin
  • 3 sdt ragi instan
  • 3 sdm gula pasir
  • 1 sdm susu kental manis
  • 1 sdt garam halus
  • 1/2 gelas air hangat kuku
  • Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng

Topping :

  • Margarin secukupnya
  • Meises coklat warna-warni secukupnya
  • Gula halus secukupnya

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Siapkan materi biang ragi dengan mencampurkan 1/2 gelas air hangat kuku dengan 2 sdm gula pasir, aduk sampai gula larut dan tambahkan 1 sdm susu kental manis
  2. Setelah larut, masukkan 3 sdt ragi instan. Aduk rata kemudian diamkan beberapa ketika sampai ragi mengembang
  3. Sementara itu kupas dan bersihkan 50 gram kentang atau sekitar 3 buah kentang ukuran sedang, potong-potong kemudian kukus sampai benar-benar lembut
  4. Haluskan kentang yang sudah di kukus tadi, sisihkan
  5. Masukkan 300 gram tepung terigu ke dalam wadah yang besar, tambahkan 1 sdt garam halus kemudian aduk rata
  6. Tambahkan materi biang ragi yang sudah dibentuk tadi, masukkan juga kentang yang sudah di haluskan kemudian aduk sampai benar-benar rata
  7. Tambahkan 1 sdm margarin, kemudian uleni adonan sampai kalis
  8. Setelah kalis, tutup adonan di dalam wadah tersebut kemudian diamkan selama 1 jam atau adonan mengembang 2 kali lebih besar dari ukuran semula
  9. Setelah 1 jam, kempiskan adonan memakai tangan kemudian buat bulatan-bulatan kecil dengan lubang di tengahnya
  10. Diamkan kembali selama 30 menit sampai donat mengembang kembali
  11. Setelah mengembang, goreng donat di minyak sayur yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya
  12. Goreng dengan api yang sedang sampai donat berwarna kecoklatan, angkat dan dinginkan
  13. Setelah dingin, hiasi donat dengan topping yang di sukai

Tak cukup nih makannya cuma satu, maunya nambah & nambah lagi... :D

Kaprikornus semangat ketika melihat donat kentang mengembang sempurna, dan ketika di tekan memang terasa empuk. Langsung terbayang untuk menyantapnya bahkan ketika donatnya belum final di goreng ( masih panas-panasnya lagi :) )

Ketika donat sudah cuek dan sudah di hiasi topping sesuai selera, saatnya merasakan nih... rasanya benar-benar empuk ya bunda.. tidak kalah dengan donat-donat yang di jual di toko-toko kudapan manis ( keluar deh narsisnya hehehehe )

Rasanya kurang jikalau hanya menyantap satu buah saja, donat yang cuek pun masih terasa empuk. Langsung terpikir oleh aku untuk menciptakan eksperimen donat selanjutnya memakai materi dasar labu kuning atau ubi jalar.... Hayooo, siapa yang mau ?? So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Potatoes Donut Recipe

I think donuts are a snack that can modified with various kinds of existing ingredients such as potatoes, for example. And I think also the nature of the basic ingredients of soft potatoes can be a good enough source ingredient to create the texture of the donuts that we make become soft.

When making this potato donuts, at first glance I was reminded one bread recipe that I posted in the other recipes article is using starter material called thangzhong. Well, the texture of mashed potatoes when it was almost like thangzhong that the material is made by cooking a mixture of flour and water only.

I think this potato donuts will certainly be more tender and softer than the donuts made from ordinary. And it turns out, really soft and tender.

Is not wrong if we occasionally try to make this potatoes donuts, the results also proved quite yummy. Let cook potato donuts : D

Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 tsp instant yeast
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Topping :

  • Margarine taste
  • Meises colorful chocolate taste
  • Refined sugar to taste

How To Make :

  1. Prepare yeast starter material by mixing 1/2 cup lukewarm water with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved and add 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  2. Once dissolved, put 3 tsp instant yeast. Mix well and let stand a few moments until the yeast expands
  3. Meanwhile peel and wash potatoes 50 grams, or about 3 medium sized potatoes, cut into pieces and steamed until really soft
  4. Mashed potatoes that have been steamed before, set aside
  5. Enter 300 grams of flour into a large container, add 1 tsp fine salt and mix well
  6. Add yeast starter materials that have been made earlier, put the potatoes also already in the puree and stir until completely mixed
  7. Add 1 tablespoon margarine, then knead the dough until smooth
  8. After the smooth, cover the dough in the bowl and let stand for 1 hour or dough 2 times larger than its original size
  9. After 1 hour, flatten the dough using hand and make small dots with a hole in the middle
  10. Let stand for 30 minutes until donuts arise again
  11. Once inflated, fried donuts in vegetable oil preheated
  12. Fried with a moderate fire until lightly browned donuts, remove and let cool
  13. Once chilled, garnished with topping donuts that you like

So the spirit when I saw the perfect fluffy potato donuts, and when in the press and it feels soft. Immediately pictured to eat it even when it has not been completed in fried donuts ( still hot again :) )

When the donuts was cold and already topping garnish according to taste, it's time to taste ya ... It feels really soft .. Not inferior to donuts that are sold in pastry shops :D

It feels less if only eat one pieces alone, the donuts were cold and still feels soft. Instantly occurred to me to make the donuts further experiments using basic ingredients of pumpkin or sweet potato .... Hayooo, who would want ?? So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom : D
