Resep Ikan Sarden Goreng Rempah ( Fried Sardines Spices Recipe )

Sore ini aku menyiapkan masakan rumahan yg praktis, aku mencoba mengolah ikan yang pernah saya beli dari tempat tinggal makan di akrab tempat tinggal saya. Saya membeli keliru satu olahan ikan goreng tepung yang dibumbui menggunakan rempah-rempah, terasa sahih-benar legit.

Biasanya ikan yg mereka gunakan artinya ikan kembung, aku sengaja memakai ikan sarden yg masih segar yang saya beli menurut pasar tradisional. Akhirnya aku mencoba buat memasak olahan ikan tadi di rumah, meskipun awalnya saya masih mencoba mencari tahu rempah-rempah apa yang dipakai di dalamnya melalui tes citarasa saya sendiri.

Dan ternyata rasanya pas di pengecap aku dan keluarga, serta karenanya benar-benar berbeda dari ikan goreng yang biasa. Cocok di santap bersama sayuran rebus dan sambal tomat. Berikut resep ikan goreng hasil eksperimen di dapur saya, silahkan di coba di rumah ya :D

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 500 gram ikan sarden
  • 50 gram tepung terigu
  • 2 sdm air jeruk nipis atau jeruk kunci
  • 7 butir cabai rawit
  • 5 butir cabai merah
  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 3 cm jahe
  • 1 ruas lengkuas muda
  • 3 cm kunyit
  • 2 buah serai
  • 1 sdt lada
  • 1 sdt abu bawang putih
  • 1/2 sdt penyedap rasa ( optional )
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Bersihkan 500 gram ikan sarden segar, basuh higienis dan lumuri dengan perasan air jeruk, diamkan beberapa saat
  2. Giling halus 7 butir cabai rawit, 5 butir cabai merah, 3 cm jahe, 1 ruas lengkuas muda, 3 cm kunyit, 4 siung bawang merah dan 3 siung bawang putih
  3. Iris tipis 2 buah serai kemudian haluskan bersama bumbu-bumbu yang lain
  4. Tambahkan garam dan gula sesuai selera ke dalam bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan kemudian aduk merata
  5. Setelah bumbu rata, balurkan bumbu halus merata ke seluruh ikan mulai dari bab dalam hingga bab luarnya sambil di pijat-pijat semoga bumbu meresap ( gunakan sarung tangan plastik semoga tangan anda tidak panas terkena cabai )
  6. Kemudian diamkan ikan beberapa ketika hingga bumbu benar-benar meresap ( saya biasanya menaruh ikan di dalam freezer, kemudian dikeluarkan dulu selama beberapa ketika ketika hendak di goreng )
  7. Ketika akan digoreng siapkan terlebih dahulu tepung bumbunya dengan mencampurkan 50 gram tepung terigu, 1 sdt lada, 1 sdt abu bawang putih, garam dan gula secukupnya serta 1/2 sdt penyedap rasa ( untuk penyedap rasa boleh digunakan dan boleh tidak digunakan sesuai selera )
  8. Panaskan minyak sayur di dalam wajan, balutkan ikan ke dalam tepung yang sudah disiapkan kemudian goreng ikan hingga kecoklatan, angkat dan sajikan

Bagi yang suka balutan tepung nya banyak, balutkan tepungnya hingga 2 atau tiga kali hingga cukup tebal kemudian gres digoreng

Resep olahan ikan ini bisa di stok & pada bekukan di freezer, buat kuliner dalam jumlah yang relatif banyak bisa pada sesuaikan dengan bumbu pada pada resep.

Keluarkan ketika akan di goreng semoga ikan nir lagi membeku, kemudian balutkan menggunakan tepung & goreng.

Fried Sardines Spices Recipe

This afternoon I prepared a practical home cooking, I try to cook fish I have ever bought from the restaurant near my house. I bought one of processed fish fry flour seasoned with spices, tasted absolutely delicious.

Usually the fish they use are mackerel, I deliberately use fresh sardines which I bought from traditional markets.

Finally I tried to cook the fish at home, although initially I was still trying to figure out what spices are used in it through my own taste test.

And it turns out it fit on my tongue and the family, and the result is totally different from the usual fried fish. Matches on meal together boiled vegetables and tomato sauce. The following recipe fried fish in the kitchen of my experiment results, please try at home : D

Here are the ingredients and how to make

Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of sardines
  • 50 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 7 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 5 pieces of chilies
  • 4 cloves onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 vertebra young galangal
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 2 pieces of lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon flavoring ( optional )
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

How To Make :

  1. Clean 500 grams of fresh sardines, wash and rub with lemon juice, set aside for a while
  2. Puree 7 pieces of cayenne pepper, 5 pieces of chilies, 3 cm ginger, 1 vertebra young galangal, 3 cm turmeric, 4 cloves of onion and 3 cloves of garlic
  3. Thinly sliced ​​2 pieces of lemongrass and puree together other spices
  4. Add salt and sugar to taste into the spice paste and mix evenly

This fish recipe could be freezed in the freezer and fried when want to be eaten, for cuisine a lot of amounts can be adjusted with herbs in the recipe. Remove from freezer when want to fry, then fried when fish is no longer frozen, before fried wrap with flour and fried. Delicious eaten when warm. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom : D
