Resep Ketan Kuning Serundeng ( Yellow Sticky Rice Serundeng Recipe )

Cocoknya ketan kuning & serundeng

Ketan kuning serundeng ini merupakan salah satu makanan ringan cantik tradisional di kota kami. Biasanya dijual oleh ibu-ibu penjual keliling yang membawa tampah, aneka macam macam makanan ringan cantik di jualnya. Salah satunya ketan kuning serundeng, selain berwarna kuning ada juga ketan yang hanya berwarna putih saja.

Dan temannya ketan ini yaitu serundeng, serundeng merupakan taburan ketan kuning yang berbahan dasar kelapa muda yg diparut. Kemudian pada tumis menggunakan bumbu-bumbu yg menggunakan sedikit minyak & pada gongseng sampai kelapa berubah menjadi agak coklat.

Cara memasak ketan kuning serundeng ini tidaklah terlalu sulit, alasannya yaitu merupakan makanan ringan cantik tradisional yang sederhana dengan materi yang sangat gampang di dapatkan. Berikut aku bagikan resep dan cara menciptakan ketan kuning serundeng yang telah aku coba masak di dapur saya.

Berikut materi & cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 300 gr ketan putih
  • 100 gram kelapa parut
  • 65 ml santan kental
  • tiga cm kunyit, dihaluskan
  • 1 sendok teh ketumbar
  • lima siung bawang merah
  • tiga siung bawang putih
  • 1 ruas lengkuas
  • 4 lembar daun salam
  • 1 btg serai, ambil bab putih saja
  • Minyak sayur secukupnya
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Air secukupnya
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Masak 300 gr ketan putih hingga setengah matang dan air sedikit menyusut, masak dengan api kecil

    dua. Tambahkan 65 mililiter santan kental, dicampur menggunakan air kira-kira 1 gelas, kemudian aduk rata

    tiga. Masukkan kunyit yang telah dihaluskan, & tambahkan garam secukupnya, aduk hingga homogen

    4. Setelah semua tercampur dan ketan berubah warna menjadi kuning, matikan kompor & sisihkan

    lima. Didihkan air pada pada panci pengukus, sehabis mendidih masukkan ketan kuning & masak sampai ketan matang, angkat dan dinginkan

    6. Sementara itu, haluskan bumbu-bumbu : 1 sendok teh ketumbar, lima siung bawang merah dan tiga siung bawang putih dan memarkan 1 ruas lengkuas dan serai, sisihkan

    7. Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak sayur pada dalam wajan lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, tambahkan lengkuas, daun salam, serai, garam & gula

    8. Tambahkan kelapa parut dan mixer sampai semua materi tercampur homogen, sangrai kelapa menggunakan api sedang hingga kelapa berwarna kecoklatan

    9. Angkat dan hidangkan ketan kuning bersama serundeng

    Hmmm,,, sore ini aku sudah menikmati ketan kuning serundeng yang merupakan jajanan tempo dulu. Rasa ketannya gurih alasannya yaitu di tambahkan dengan santan kelapa, dengan serundengnya yang harum. Sajian ini memang klop di padukan, oiya bunda... memasak ketannya jangan terlalu sering diaduk ya, alasannya yaitu teksturnya akan menjadi sangat lembut. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

    Serundeng yellow sticky rice is one of the traditional cake in our city. Usually sold by street vendors mostly mothers carrying winnowing, assorted pastries in the sale. One was yellow sticky serundeng, besides there are only white sticky serundeng too.

    And this yellow sticky pair is serundeng, serundeng a sticky yellow sprinkles are made from shredded coconut. Then in sauteed with spices that use less oil and roasted until the coconut turns into brown.

    How to cook yellow sticky rice serundeng is not too difficult, because it is a simple traditional cake with a material that is very easy to get. Here I share the recipe and how to make yellow sticky serundeng which I have tried to cook in my kitchen.

    The following ingredients and how to make

    Bahan - materi :

  • 300 grams of yellow sticky rice
  • 100 grams of grated coconut
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk
  • 3 cm turmeric, crushed
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • lima shallots
  • tiga cloves garlic
  • 1 vertebra galangal
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, white part only
  • The vegetable oil to taste
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Enough water
  • How to Make it :

    1. Cook 300 grams of white glutinous until half cooked and dipped slightly, simmer

    2. Add 65 mililiter thick coconut milk, mixed with water approximately 1 cup, then stir

    3. Enter the turmeric that has been refined, and add salt to taste and stir

    4. Once all mixed and sticky rice turns yellow, turn off the stove and set aside

    5. Boil water in a steamer pot, after boiling enter the yellow glutinous sticky rice and cook until cooked, remove and let cool

    6. Meanwhile, blend the spices: 1 tsp coriander, 5 cloves of onion and tiga cloves of garlic and crushed 1 vertebra galangal and lemongrass, set aside

    7. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet and saute ground spices until fragrant, put ginger, bay leaf, lemongrass, salt and sugar

    8. Add the grated coconut and stir until all ingredients are well blended, roasted coconut oil over medium heat until lightly browned

    9. Remove and serve alongside yellow sticky serundeng
