Mi (atau juga sering ditulis mie) yaitu adonan tipis dan panjang yang telah digulung, dikeringkan, dan dimasak dalam air mendidih. Istilah ini juga merujuk kepada mi kering yang harus dimasak kembali dengan dicelupkan dalam air. Bangsa Tionghoa telah mengklaim sebagai pencipta mie, dan mie tertua yang berusia 4000 tahun di temukan di Qinghai, Tiongkok.

Banyak jenis mie yang dikenal dan sanggup di temukan di banyak sekali daerah di penggalan dunia, juga dengan nama yang berbeda-beda. Asyik menciptakan mie telur

Kalau sudah tahu wacana jenis-jenis mie, berikut ini ada resep mie telur yang mau saya bagikan ke anda. Kalau dari materi baku tepung terigu dan telur, mie telur disebut Reshteh di timur tengah dan Spatzle di Jerman selatan .

Cara pembuatannya sebetulnya cukup gampang, hanya menggunakan mencampur semua materi yang terdapat dan barulah di pipihkan memakai rolling pin atau ampia kemudian pada pangkas-potong. Mie bisa tertentu pada rebus dikala ingin pada sajikan eksklusif atau di keringkan buat penyimpanan menggunakan jangka ketika yg relatif usang.

Karena tertarik untuk menciptakan mie sendiri, saya sudah coba membuatnya beberapa kali. Teksturnya tidak terlalu kenyal, alasannya yaitu tergantung dari usang perebusan mie. Tetapi alasannya yaitu sudah terbiasa makan mie instan yang kenyal, beberapa kali saya sempat menambahkan beberapa sendok makan sagu ke dalam adonannya biar teksturnya kenyal. Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya

Bahan - materi untuk mie telur :

  • 500 gram tepung gandum
  • 2 buah telur
  • 1 gelas air
  • 1 sendok teh garam halus
  • Bahan - materi buat kaldu mie :

  • 1 bab dada ayam
  • 250 gr bok choy / pak choi
  • 4 btg daun bawang
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ruas jahe atau dua sdm jahe di parut / dihaluskan
  • 1 sdt kayumanis serbuk
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • Air secukupnya
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Masukkan 500 gram tepung gandum ke dalam wadah yang besar, tambahkan 1 sendok teh garam halus kemudian aduk rata

    2. Buat lubang di tengah-tengah tepung terigu, masukkan 2 buah telur kemudian aduk lepas di campur dengan tepung terigu memakai garpu

    tiga. Tambahkan 1 gelas air sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus di kocok & pada campur dengan tepung gandum

    4. Setelah air habis dan adonan cukup basah, uleni campuran memakai tangan sampai kalis kemudian bagi sebagai 4 bab adonan buat memudahkan dalam membentuk mie nantinya

    5. Selanjutnya ambil 1 bab adonan, pipihkan memakai rolling pin ( ketebalan mie sesuai selera ) kemudian taburi dengan tepung dan lipat-lipat mie serta potong mie sesuai selera ( besar atau kecilnya mie yang di inginkan )

    6. Taburi tangan dan lipatan mie menggunakan tepung yg relatif poly izin memudahkan buat melepaskan mie, lalu panaskan mie pada dalam air mendidih selama sekitar tiga mnt sampai mie matang, angkat dan sisihkan

    7. Untuk membangun kuah mie : tambahkan air secukupnya ke dalam panci, masukkan 4 siung bawang putih yang di haluskan, 1 ruas jahe atau 2 sendok makan jahe yg di parut / di haluskan, gula sinkron kesukaan kemudian tambahkan jua 1 bab dada ayam, tunggu hingga kuah benar - benar mendidih & ayam sudah matang, matikan kompor dan angkat ayam dari pada air rebusan & potong tipis-tipis kemudian pisahkan

    8. Selanjutnya kita menyiapkan sayuran : rebus 250 gram bok choy dalam air yang sudah di taburi garam kemudian angkat, basuh higienis 4 btg daun bawang kemudian iris-iris tipis

    9. Untuk menghidangkan mie : Taruh beberapa bab mie yang telah di rebus ke dalam mangkok, kemudian masukkan air kaldu ayam secukupnya. Taruh irisan daging ayam di atasnya, beberapa lembar bok choy dan taburi menggunakan irisan daun bawang dan masukkan garam / kecap asin sesuai selera. Hidangkan.

    Mau mie kenyal atau nir...Hmmm, sinkron selera ya

    Kalau anda sangat menyukai tekstur mie yang kenyal, anda sanggup menambahkan beberapa sendok makan tepung sagu ke dalam adonan mie dan mengurangi jumlah dosis tepung terigu yang di gunakan. Tingkat kekenyalan mie juga sanggup anda atur sesuai selera dengan menambahkan atau mengurangi dosis tepung sagu yang akan di gunakan. Selanjutnya, anda bebas berkreasi dengan tingkat kekenyalan mie yang sesuai selera anda.

  • 4 leeks
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 vertebra ginger or 2 tablespoons grated ginger or puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Enough water
  • How To Make :

    1. Enter 500 grams of flour into a large container, add 1 tsp fine salt and mix well
