Terus jelas aku dan suami tak jarang terpesona melihat makanan olahan menyerupai nugget ayam yang seringkali pada jual di pasar swalayan atau pasar tradisional walaupun nir terlalu suka menyantapnya. Bentuknya yg unik & bermacam-macam, ditambah menggunakan penampilan tepung rotinya yang seakan-akan telah terbayang di benak bagaimana renyahnya waktu telah digoreng.

Nugget umumnya berbahan standar ayam, dicampur dengan bumbu-bumbuan & tepung gandum dan emulsi. Lalu emulsi tadi pada beri materi pelapis berair dan kemarau. Selanjutnya pada goreng hingga matang, & selesainya matang nugget sanggup disimpan di pada lemari pendingin bab freezernya & pada bekukan hingga waktu dimasak bisa di goreng atau di hangatkan pulang.

Namun pernah beberapa kali aku membeli nugget di pasaran, mencoba & mencicipi dengan lidah saya apa saja bumbu-bumbu yang terdapat pada dalamnya. Sekali lagi umumnya menggunakan insting chef rumahan ala kadarnya buat mendeteksinya... Hehehe :D

Resep nugget ini dia berbahan dasar ikan, saya campur menggunakan sayuran menyerupai wortel dan daun bawang. Dan dengan menggunakan materi pelapis kemarau hanya dengan memakai materi tepung gandum dan tepung maizena, bukan tepung roti. Tetapi selesainya pada goreng cita rasanya yummy & legit. Memang tidak terlalu renyah menyerupai memakai pelapis menurut tepung roti tetapi teksturnya tetap renyah. Saya bagikan resepnya pada sini ya ibu :D

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi nugget :

  • 300 gram ikan giling
  • 500 gram tepung terigu
  • 200 gr tepung sagu
  • 250 gr wortel
  • 1 buah telur ayam
  • 5 batang daun bawang
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 6 sendok teh garam halus
  • 3 sdt gula pasir
  • 2 sdt merica bubuk
  • Air secukupnya
  • Bahan - materi pelapis berair nugget :

  • 2 butir telur ayam
  • Bahan - materi pelapis kemarau nugget :

  • 6 sdm tepung gandum
  • dua sdm tepung maizena
  • 1 sdt merica serbuk
  • dua sendok teh garam halus
  • tiga sendok teh bumbu kari serbuk (optional)
  • Minyak secukupnya buat menggoreng
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Bersihkan 250 gr wortel kemudian parut kasar, dan 5 batang daun bawang di basuh higienis kemudian di iris tipis

    dua. Campurkan 500 gr tepung terigu & 300 gr daging ikan giling menggunakan wortel, daun bawang. Aduk rata dan campurkan air bertahap sampai sebagai adonan bubur yang kental

    3. Tambahkan 3 siung bawang putih yang di haluskan, 6 sendok teh garam halus, 3 sdt gula pasir, 2 sdt merica bubuk, dan 1 buah telur ayam. Aduk rata

    4. Masukkan tepung sagu bertahap sembari terus diaduk, kalau adonan kalis masukkan menggunakan air bertahap izin membangun adonan yang lembut

    lima. Siapkan loyang segiempat, oles dengan minyak sayur lalu masukkan adonan nugget & ratakan

    6. Siapkan kukusan, sehabis air di kukusan mendidih. Masukkan loyang yang berisi gabungan nugget dan kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit atau sampai matang ( lakukan tes tusuk lidi untuk menyakinkan bahwa gabungan sudah matang, kalau tusuk gigi saat di tarik dalam keadaan higienis dan gabungan tidak melekat itu tandanya nugget sudah matang )

    7. Setelah matang, angkat dan dinginkan lalu pangkas nugget sesuai selera. Untuk penyimpanan dalam ketika yang relatif usang, tambahkan beberapa nugget ke dalam wadah rapat udara kemudian taruh pada pada freezer, bekukan.

    8. Sementara itu jika nugget ingin tertentu pada santap boleh tertentu siapkan materi pelapis dengan mengocok lepas 2 butir telur ayam kemudian pisahkan. Campur seluruh materi pelapis kering nugget pada dalam wadah yang relatif akbar kemudian pisahkan.

    9. Panaskan Minyak sayur lalu goreng nugget sampai kuning agak coklat. Angkat dan sajikan beserta saus sambal pilihan bunda

    Saya senang dengan aroma anyir dari rempah-rempah, jadi buat pelapis kering nugget ini saya sengaja menambahkan serbuk kari ke dalamnya. Tetapi jika nir suka mak boleh tidak memakainya.

    Jika nugget ingin di simpan dalam waktu yang lama, taruh nugget ke dalam wadah kedap udara kemudian masukkan ke dalam freezer. Goreng nugget dan hangatkan kembali kalau nugget ingin disantap. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

    But several times I bought nuggets in the market, try and feel with my tongue any spices in it. Again usually wear home chef rudimentary instinct to detect ... Hehehe :D

    The following nugget recipe made from fish, I mixed with vegetables such as carrots and leeks. And by using dry coating material simply by using ingredients flour and cornstarch, not flour bread. But after cooking tastes good and tasty. It is not too crunchy like wearing coating of breadcrumbs but still crunchy texture. I share the recipe here mother :D

    Here are the ingredients and how to make

    The ingredients of nugget :

  • 300 grams of minced fish

  • 6 tsp fine salt
  • 3 tsp sugar

  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • dua tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • How To Make :

    1. Clean 250 grams of grated carrots and rough, and lima leeks in the wash and then in thin slices

    I love the scent of spices, so to dry coatings nugget I deliberately add curry powder into it. But if you do not like, you should not use it.

    If nugget want to save for a long time, put nuggets into an airtight container and put in freezer. Fried nuggets and warm back if nugget want to eat. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D
