  • 500 gram kacang panjang
  • 4 buah tahu
  • 5 buah bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdm udang rebon
  • 3 sdt garam halus
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 5 buah cabe merah kering
  • 3 sdm minyak sayur
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Iris-iris 500 gram kacang panjang dan basuh higienis

    2. Potong dadu 4 buah tahu putih, sisihkan

    3. Iris tipis 5 buah bawang merah dan 3 siung bawang putih

    4. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan, kemudian tumis irisan bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum

    5. Tambahkan 1 sdm udang rebon, kemudian masukkan kacang panjang serta aduk rata sampai kacang panjang sedikit layu

    6. Masukkan serpihan dadu tahu putih, aduk rata

    7. Tambahkan 3 sdt garam halus, 1 sdt gula pasir, dan 5 buah cabe merah kering yang cukup dihancurkan memakai tangan kemudian aduk rata

    8. Setelah matang, matikan kompor kemudian angkat dan hidangkan
