RESEP BURGO DARI PALEMBANG

RESEP MASAKAN BURGO ASLI ENAK MERUPAKAN MAKANAN KHAS DARI PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN

1.   BAHAN BURGO :

  • 100 gram tepung beras kualitas baik
  • 1 sdm sagu tani
  • 250 ml air
  • ½ sdt garam
  • ¼ sdt penyedap rasa
CARA MEMBUAT BURGO PALEMBANG :

  1. Campur tepung beras, sagu, air, garam, dan penyedap rasa menjadi satu. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan yang tidak berbutir, saring.
  2. Panaskan loyang ukuran 20 x 20 cm ke dalam kukusan yang telah diolesi sedikit minyak sayur. Tuang 2 sendok sayur adonan tadi, kukus hingga matang. Angkat dan biarkan agak dingin. Gulung dan potong-potong. Lakukan hal yang sama sampai adonan habis.

2.   BAHAN DAN BUMBU KUAH :

  • 2 liter santan sedang
  • 1 liter susu cair
  • 5 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis
  • 25 gram garam
  • 20 gram gula pasir
  • 30 gram gula merah
  • 5 gram merica bubuk
  • 15 gram kaldu bubuk instan rasa ayam
  • 15 gram penyedap rasa
HALUSKAN :

  • 10 gram ketumbar
  • 40 gram kemiri
  • 200 gram bawang merah
  • 100 gram bawang putih
CARA MEMBUAT KUAH BURGO PALEMBANG :

  1. Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan tadi hingga harum. Tuangkan santan dan susu cair, aduk dan masak sampai mendidih.
  2. Bubuhi garam, gula pasir, gula merah, merica , kaldu bubuk, dan penyedap rasa, aduk dan masak kembali hingga matang dan kuah agak menyusut . Sesaat akan diangkat, masukkan bawang goreng.
3.   PENYAJIAN :

Letakkan burgo yang sudah dipotong-potong tadi ke pada mangkuk saji. Tuangkan kuah, sajikan selagi hangat.
