Resep Roti Isi Vla Kentang ( Potato Custard Bread Recipe )

Hari ini lagi kepingin makan roti, & enaknya jikalau roti tadi bikin sendiri ya ibu... Cita rasanya lebih mantap karena dapat sinkron selera sendiri :D

Pernah nonton video resep di youtube dari sarah kim, ihwal membentuk roti isi vla susu & sepertinya lezat & menggugah kesukaan. Caranya sih sedikit beda menggunakan roti yg pernah saya buat selama ini, merupakan resep kali ini membuatnya pakai adonan biang.

Dan kebetulan terdapat kentang yang relatif banyak dan galau mau dimasak apa, jadi utak-atik sendiri buat resep kali ini artinya bikin vla kentang saja... & ini lah output kesudahannya bund..:D

Bahan - materi :

Untuk Roti :

  • 500 gram tepung terigu
  • 11 gram ragi roti
  • 1 1/2 cangkir susu hangat kuku
  • 1 sdm mentega
  • 1 butir telur
  • sejumput garam

Untuk biang :

  • 1/4 gelas air
  • 1/4 gelas susu bubuk
  • 1/4 gelas gula pasir
  • 1/4 gelas tepung terigu

Untuk vla kentang :

  • 1 kg kentang, rebus kemudian haluskan
  • 150 gram susu bubuk
  • 200 gram gula pasir
  • 1 bungkus vanili
  • 1 sdm tepung terigu di larutkan dengan 1 sdm air
  • sejumput garam
  • 2 gelas air

Untuk olesan :

  • 1 butir kuning telur, di kocok lepas
  • 3 sdm mentega
  • 4 sdm wijen

Cara Membuat :

  1. Masak materi biang dengan mencampurkan semua adonan biang ke dalam wajan anti lengket, hingga adonan mengental dan berubah warna menjadi kuning kemudian angkat dan dinginkan
  2. Masukkan 11 gram ragi roti ke dalam 1 1/2 cangkir susu hangat kuku, tunggu beberapa ketika hingga ragi mengembang
  3. Siapkan 500 gram tepung roti di dalam wadah yang besar, masukkan adonan biang yang sudah dingin, adonan susu hangat dan ragi, 1 butir telur dan sejumput garam kemudian campur adonan hingga rata dan uleni hingga kalis
  4. Tambahkan 1 sdm mentega dan uleni rata, taburi tepung terigu bertahap biar tidak lengket
  5. Setelah kalis, diamkan adonan selama kurang lebih 1 jam hingga adonan mengembang 2 kali lebih besar dari ukuran adonan semula
  6. Sementara itu masak semua materi vla kentangnya hingga meletup-letup dan kental kemudian angkat, dinginkan dan masukkan ke dalam kulkas untuk beberapa saat
  7. Setelah adonan roti mengembang, kempiskan adonan dengan cara di tekan pada pecahan tengah adonan
  8. Bentuk bulatan sebesar yang anda inginkan, pipihkan dan masukkan isian vla kentang ke dalamnya kemudian rapatkan kembali dan diamkan kembali kira-kira 15 menit
  9. Setelah 15 menit, olesi roti dengan 1 butir kuning telur kemudian taburi dengan wijen
  10. Panaskan panggangan hingga 150 derajat celcius, panggang roti selama lebih kurang 30-45 menit hingga kuning kecoklatan
  11. Keluarkan dari panggangan kemudian olesi dengan mentega dan sajikan

Nah, sesudah mencicipi rasa vla kentangnya tidak mengecewakan... Famili senang, terutama suami :D. Tetapi jikalau boleh menentukan aku lebih senang yg isian srikaya bikinan sendiri yg pernah saya buat pula sebelumnya.

Kalau yang pakai isian vla kentang kali ini, aku kurang suka... tetapi sesuai selera masing-masing ya bunda... Toh, suami aku bilang mantap,,, hehehehe... So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Ever watch a video on youtube recipes from sarah kim, about making how to make milk buns and apparently tasty and appetizing. The trick does a little different with the bread I have ever made so far, this recipe makes use dough starter.

And by chance there are quite a lot of potatoes, so who tinkers themselves to this recipe is to make custard potatoes ... And this was the result becomes ..: D

Ingredients :

For the dough of bread :

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 11 grams of yeast bread
  • 1 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt

For dough starter :

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour

For potato custard filling :

  • 1 kg of potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 150 grams of milk powder
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon dissolved in water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups water

To spread :

  • 1 egg yolk, whipped off
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tbsp sesame

How To Make :

  1. Cook the dough starter ingredients by mixing all the dough starter into a non-stick frying pan, until mixture thickens and turns yellow and then remove and let cool
  2. Enter the 11 grams of yeast bread into 1 1/2 cup lukewarm milk, wait a few minutes until the yeast expands
  3. Prepare 500 grams of bread flour in a large container, enter the starter dough is cold, warm milk and yeast mixture, 1 egg and a pinch of salt and mix until smooth dough and knead until smooth
  4. Add 1 tablespoon butter and knead average, sprinkle the flour little by little so as not sticky
  5. After dull, leave the dough for about 1 hour until the dough 2 times larger than the size of the original dough
  6. Meanwhile cook the potatoes until all ingredients custard filling is bubbling and thick and lift, let cool and put in the fridge for a while
  7. After the dough expands, deflated the dough with the way in press at the center of the dough

Well, after a taste of delicious and savory potato custard ... My family loved it, especially the husband: D. But if I may choose I prefer the homemade stuffing sugar apple I have ever made earlier also.
