Cara Menciptakan Sop Merah

Cara Membuat Sop Merah, ini dari saus tomat dengan pemanis isi sesuai selera anda, berikut materi dan cara membuatnya :

Bahan - Bahannya :

-  250 gram daginh ayam cincang, bentuk kelereng.

-  2 buah wortel, potong dadu.

-  2 buah kentang, potong dadu.

-  50 gram buncis, potong 1 cm.

-  50 gram kacang polong.

-  5 buah sosis sapi, iris 1/2 cm.

-  2 sdm mentega.

-  1 buah bawang bombay.

-  100 ml saus tomat.

-  2 batang seledri

-  Garam secukupnya.

-  Merica dan pala secukupnya.

-  1,5 liter air kaldu.

Cara Membuatnya :

-  Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum, masukan tumisan kedalam kuah kaldu, didihkan.

-  Setelah mendidih, masukan garam merica, saus dan pala, tambahkan bola ayam masak sampai mengapung.

-  Tambahkan wortel, kentang, buncis, kacang polong dan sosis. Masak sampai matang, tambahkan seledri, masak sebentar, angkat, sajikan.
