Resep Kuliner Ikan Gabus Bumbu Kelapa Khas Kalimantan

Foodies, kini kita ngintip resep kuliner ikan gabus bumbu kelapa khas Kalimantan yuuk… Resep kuliner khas Kalimantan Tengah ini berbahan dasar ikan gabus yang teksturnya lembut dengan rasanya yang dah niscaya enak. Dari penampakannya, kuliner ini dapat dibilang pepes ikan. Ya udah, gak usah lama-lama, eksklusif aja berikut ini resepnya :

Bahan-bahan :

* 500 gr ikan gabus segar (dua ekor)

* 1 sdt garam

* 1 butir jeruk nipis, ambil airnya

* 200 gram kelapa parut memanjang

* daun pisang untuk membungkus

* 1 genggam daun singkong panaskan

* 1/2 butir kelapa

Bumbu yg dihaluskan :

* 5 buah cabe merah keriting

* 8 siung bawang merah

* 2 centimeter jahe

* dua centimeter lengkuas

* 1 ? Sendok teh garam

* 1 sdt gula pasir

Cara membentuk :

* bersihkan ikan gabus ,cuci bersih dan gurat-gurat badannya.

* lumuri garam & air jeruk nipis, sisihkan.

* bersihkan kelapa kemudian parut.

* sangrai kelapa parut hingga kering & kecokelatan.

* angkat, campur dengan bumbu halus.

* bagi menjadi dua bagian, lumuri setiap ikan gabus dengan satu bab bumbu.

* ambil 2 lembar daun pisang, atur daun singkong, daun kenikir & ikan gabus berbumbu.

* kemasan menggunakan daun pisang, lalu lipat ke 2 ujungnya.

* kukus selama 1 jam sampai harum & matang, angkat.
