Resep Es Kacang Merah Legit ( Sweet Red Bean Ice Recipe )

Es kacang merah sangat digemari di kota kami, cita rasanya cantik & gurih serta segar dimakan dalam ketika cuaca panas. Cara membuatnya juga relatif mudah, jadi kita mampu membangun es kacang merah sendiri di rumah.

Berikut materi & cara membuatnya...

Bahan - materi :

  • 250 gram kacang merah
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 50 gram gula merah
  • 2 sdt kayumanis bubuk
  • 1 sdm coklat debu dilarutkan dengan air

Untuk kuah :

  • 3 gelas santan kental
  • 4 lembar daun pandan
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena dilarutkan dengan air
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 2 Liter air
  • Susu kental anggun secukupnya
  • Es watu secukupnya

Cara membuatnya :

  1. Rendam 250 gram kacang merah selama 3 - 4 jam atau lebih usang lebih baik sehingga ketika di rebus kacang sanggup cepat mengembang dan benar-benar empuk
  2. Didihkan 2 liter air di dalam panci, tiriskan air rendaman kacang merah kemudian rebus kacang merah sampai benar-benar empuk
  3. Masukkan 100 gram gula pasir, 50 gram gula merah, 2 sdt kayumanis bubuk, 1 sdm coklat debu yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air
  4. Aduk rata kemudian biarkan bahan-bahan tersebut meresap dan airnya menyusut, angkat dan sisihkan
  5. Masak 3 gelas santan kental dengan 4 lembar daun pandan, tambahkan 1/2 sdt garam dan larutan 1 sdm tepung maizena, sesudah mengental angkat
  6. Untuk penyajiannya : letakkan beberapa sendok kacang merah rebus, tuang dengan kuah santannya kemudian beri susu kental anggun dan es batu, dan siap di sajikan

Perendaman kacang merah sangat diharapkan semoga ketika direbus kacang merah benar-benar empuk dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang usang untuk merebusnya. Dapat direndam 3 - 4 jam atau semalaman. Sajiannya sanggup ditambahkan buah-buahan sesuai selera anda, tetapi lebih mantap bila memakai buah nangka. Untuk kuahnya, santan sanggup di gantikan dengan susu cair. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Sweet Red Bean Ice Recipe

Red bean ice is very popular in our town, sweet and sticky and eaten fresh during hot weather. How to make it fairly easy, so we can make red bean ice alone at home.

Here are the ingredients and how to make it ...

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of red beans
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder dissolved in water

For the sauce :

  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 4 leaves of pandan leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Liters of water
  • Sweetened condensed milk to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed

How to make :

  1. Soak 250 grams of red beans for 3-4 hours or longer is better so that when boiled peanuts can quickly inflate and really soft
  2. Boil 2 liters of water in the pan, drain the soaking water and boiled red beans red beans until completely tender
