Kue sagu keju yg lembut & anggun

Kue kering sagu keju ini sangat lembut dan cepat lumer di dalam lisan alasannya berbahan dasar tepung sagu. Lalu keju parut yang di sangrai bersama tepung sagu terasa renyah saat di gigit.

Membuat kue kering sagu keju ini juga cukup mudah, dan tidak terlalu membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Aslinya makanan ringan bagus kering sagu keju ini tidak berbentuk dan di cetak menyerupai ini, tetapi alasannya campuran yang aku buat agak padat.

Jadilah kue kering sagu keju yang di cetak memakai cetakan berbentuk bulan sabit. Yang aslinya makanan ringan bagus kering sagu keju di cetak memakai spuit buttercream alasannya adonannya yang benar-benar lembut. Tetapi tentunya tidak mengurangi rasa makanan ringan bagus kering sagu keju ini, jadi aku bagikan resepnya untuk anda ya...

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 850 gr tepung sagu
  • 300 gram margarin
  • 300 gr gula pasir
  • 4 butir kuning telur
  • 200 gram keju, di parut
  • 6 lembar daun pandan
  • Bahan buat olesan :

  • 2 butir kuning telur
  • dua sendok makan air
  • 2 sendok makan minyak sayur
  • Pewarna kuning secukupnya
  • Keju parut secukupnya
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Masukkan 850 gr tepung sagu ke dalam wajan dan beri 8 lembar daun pandan yang sudah di ikat menjadi satu, kemudian sangrai sagu sampai panas dan sedikit bergumpal

    2. Tambahkan 200 gr keju yg pada parut lalu mixer hingga homogen, angkat dan dinginkan

    3. Mixer 300 gram margarin dan campurkan dengan 300 gr gula pasir kemudian mixer sampai margarin lembut dan mengembang

    4. Tambahkan 4 butir kuning telur satu persatu, dan mixer lagi sampai tercampur homogen

    lima. Setelah tercampur rata, matikan mixer & masukkan tepung sagu bertahap sambil diaduk menggunakan spatula sampai homogen

    6. Setelah adonan homogen, diamkan terlebih dulu selama kurang lebih 10 mnt, sementara itu olesi loyang dengan margarin semoga nir lengket

    7. Setelah 10 mnt, gilas campuran sinkron pipih yg pada inginkan kemudian cetak menggunakan cetakan makanan ringan rupawan & rapikan di atas loyang yg sudah pada olesi margarin

    6. Panggang pada panggangan dengan suhu 150 derajat celsius selama lebih kurang 20 - 25 mnt atau sampai makanan ringan rupawan matang ditandai menggunakan bab bawah kuliner ringan rupawan berwarna kuning agak coklat lalu angkat & dinginkan

    Ternyata makanan ringan bagus kering sagu keju yang di buat sendiri di rumah rasanya lebih nikmat ya,,, hehehe... saat di panggang di dalam panggangan sebaiknya sering di lihat pada bab bawah makanan ringan bagus nya semoga makanan ringan bagus tidak gosong.
