Membuat masakan ringan elok coklat chip versi goodtime

Kue kering yang satu ini memang menjadi favorit semuanya, tidak hanya belum dewasa tetapi juga orang dewasa. Dengan rasa coklatnya yang legit dan garing ketika dimakan, dan tentunya memiliki banyak versi dari resep-resep yang ada.

Kue coklat chip ini sering di sebut juga masakan ringan elok goodtime, alasannya yaitu memang brand ini yang pertama kali memperkenalkan dengan masakan ringan elok coklat yang satu ini. Atau disebut juga masakan ringan elok Choco chip alasannya yaitu ada begitu banyak taburan choco chip di dalamnya.

Kue coklat chip ini berasal dari Massachusetts, Amerika serikat. Dan diperkenalkan oleh Ruth Graves Wakerfield. Ada beberapa variasi isian dari masakan ringan elok coklat chip ini selain choco chip diantaranya memakai kacang, oatmeal ataupun kismis.

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya

Bahan - materi :

  • 600 gram tepung terigu
  • 250 gram gula pasir
  • 300 gram margarin
  • 30 gram coklat bubuk
  • 20 gram susu bubuk
  • 20 gram tepung maizena
  • 1 sdt baking soda / soda kue
  • 1 sdt baking powder
  • 1 butir telur + 1 kuning telur
  • 100 gram Choco Chip
  • Margarin untuk olesan secukupnya
  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Lelehkan 300 gram margarin, sehabis meleleh dan selagi panas pribadi masukkan 250 gram gula pasir kemudian aduk sampai gula pasir larut

    2. Campur bahan-bahan kering ibarat 600 gram tepung terigu, 20 gram susu bubuk, 20 gram tepung maizena, 1 sdt baking soda dan 1 sdt baking powder kemudian aduk sampai semua materi tercampur rata

    3. Setelah margarin dan gula sedikit larut dan agak mengental, masukkan 1 butir telur ditambah 1 kuning telur kemudian aduk sampai tercampur dan gabungan mengental

    4. Campurkan setengah bab materi kering ke materi lembap kemudian aduk sampai tercampur rata kemudian masukkan setengah bab lagi sampai semua materi kering habis

    5. Setelah semua materi tercampur rata, masukkan ke dalam kulkas dan dinginkan kurang lebih selama 3 jam

    6. Setelah 3 jam keluarkan dari kulkas, bentuk bulat-bulat kemudian tata di atas loyang yang sudah disemir margarin

    7. Tekan bulatan memakai garpu kemudian beri choco chips diatasnya sesuai selera dan panggang di panggangan bersuhu 150 derajat celsius selama kurang lebih 20 menit

    8. Setelah matang angkat dan biarkan benar-benar hambar gres dimasukkan ke dalam toples kedap udara

    Garingnya masakan ringan elok goodtime versi rumahan

    Kue goodtime versi aku ini memakai margarin, tetapi resep aslinya memakai mentega. Dan 60 gram gula palem, aku ganti dengan 30 gram coklat bubuk.

    Sesaat ketika masakan ringan elok telah matang dan dikeluarkan dari dalam oven, tekstur masakan ringan elok masih terasa lembut tetapi tidak perlu khawatir alasannya yaitu tekstur masakan ringan elok akan bermetamorfosis keras sehabis dingin.

    Ketika proses pengadukan margarin leleh dengan gula pasir, tidak apa-apa kalau gula pasirnya tidak larut atau hancur. Lanjutkan saja dengan proses selanjutnya dengan menambahkan telur ke dalamnya. Dan materi lembap yang di campur akan berbentuk ibarat karamel dan mengental.

    Kue coklat chip ini juga ada 2 jenis yaitu ada yang bentuknya tebal garing di luar tetapi chewy di dalamnya, kemudian ada yang bentuknya tipis dan benar-benar garing. Tergantung dengan pilihan selera anda. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

    Make chocolate chip cookie version goodtime

    This cookie is a favorite of everyone, not only children but also adults. With the taste of chocolate is sweet and crisp when eaten, and certainly have a lot of versions of existing recipes.

    Chocolate chip cookies is often called goodtime, because this brand was first introduced to this chocolate cookies. Or also called Choco chip cookies because there are so many sprinkles choco chips in it.

    Chocolate chip cookies originated from Massachusetts, United States. And was introduced by Ruth Graves Wakerfield. There are several variations of a chocolate chip cookie stuffing besides them use peanut choco chip, oatmeal or raisin.

    The ingredients and how to make it

    Ingredients :

  • 600 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 300 grams of margarine
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • 20 grams of milk powder
  • 20 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g Choco Chip
  • Spreadable margarines to taste
  • How To Make :

    1. Melt 300 grams of margarine, after melting and heat while directly enter 250 grams of sugar and stir until sugar dissolves

    2. Mix the dry ingredients such as 600 grams of wheat flour, 20 grams of milk powder, 20 grams of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder and stir until all ingredients are well blended

    3. After the margarine and sugar slightly soluble and slightly thickened, put 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk and stir until well blended and mixture thickens

    4. Mix half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually and stir until well blended

    5. Once all the ingredients are well blended, put in the refrigerator and chill for about 3 hours

    6. After 3 hours remove from the refrigerator, round shapes and arrange on a baking sheet that has been polished margarine

    7. Press the circle using a fork then put chocolate chips on top to taste and bake in preheated panggangan at 150 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes

    8. Once cooked remove and let cool completely newly put into an airtight jar

    Homemade Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

    My Goodtime cookies version using margarine, but the original recipe using butter. And 60 grams of brown sugar, I replace with 30 grams of cocoa powder.

    A moment when the cookies has been cooked and taken out of the oven, the texture of the cake is soft but not to worry because the texture of the cookies will turn out to be hard when cool.

    When the stirring process melting margarine with sugar, it's okay if the sugar does not dissolve or disintegrate. Continue with the next process by adding an egg into it. And the wet ingredients are mixed to look like caramel and thickens

    There are 2 types of chocolate chip cookies which forms a thick crisp on the outside but chewy inside, then there is a thin shape and really crisp. Depending on your taste choice. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D
