- Pernahkan Bunda kebingungan untuk menentukan resep yang pas untuk masak ikan patin, terutama untuk bab kepalanya. Jika Ya, berarti Bunda dan Mas Cep  sama, dan berakhir dengan terbuangnya kepala ikan patin ke daerah sampah gegara tidak sanggup memasaknya dengan resep dan cara yang tepat.

Tapi itu dongeng dulu, kini Mas Cep sudah menerima resep dan cara mengolah ketua ikan patin hingga sebagai masakan yg enak buat disantap. Dan tentu saja menyerupai biasa, Mas Cep akan mengembangkan resep menggunakan ibu.

Langsung saja ya, Mas Cep akan bagikan resepnya untuk Bunda semoga Bunda mampu tertentu beraksi di dapur kesayangan. Mari mengolah dan jangan lupa senang ...

Bahan :

  • 1 kg kepala patin
  • 1/4 gelas santan kental

Bumbu :

  • 6 buah cabai merah
  • 6 btr bawang merah
  • 3 btr bawang putih
  • 5 btr kemiri
  • 3 cm kunyit
  • 2 cm jahe
  • 4 lembar daun jeruk
  • secukupnya Garam

Cara Memasak :

  1. Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali daun jeruk
  2. Tumis bumbu hingga harum
  3. Masukkan ikan tambahkan air dan santan kental
  4. Tunggu hingga benar-benar matang dan bumbunya mengental
  5. Angkat dan Gulai kepala patin siap untuk disantap bersama keluarga
