Resep Bubur Sumsum (Rice Flour With Coconut Milk Porridge Recipe)

Bunda pernah makan bubur sumsum ?? Jika di kota kami umumnya bubur ini disajikan buat bunda-mak yang final membantu memasak pada hajatan besar adalah bubur ini identik menjadi bubur penghilang capek.

Bubur ini umumnya berwarna putih atau hijau sinkron selera yg bunda inginkan. Rasa cantik dari bubur hanya dari menurut manisnya gula merah sedangkan buburnya cita rasanya asin & gurih.

Hangatnya gula merah asal berdasarkan jahe yang diiris, pokoknya seger deh ibu... Nggak heran jika bubur ini disebut menjadi obat penghilang capek hehehe... :D

Berikut materi dan cara mengolahnya

Bahan :

  1. 500 gram tepung beras
  2. 500 gram gula merah
  3. 1 liter santan kental
  4. 2 lembar daun pandan
  5. 1 ruas jahe diiris
  6. Garam secukupnya
  7. Pewarna makanan berwarna hijau

Cara Membuatnya :

  • Masukkan 500 gram tepung beras ke dalam panci ukuran besar, tambahkan 1 liter santan kental kemudian aduk hingga rata, kalau terlalu kental tambahkan air lagi hingga adonannya benar-benar encer
  • Tambahkan 2 lembar daun pandan dan pewarna makanan berwarna hijau secukupnya
  • Panaskan panci yang berisi tepung beras, tambahkan garam secukupnya kemudian terus aduk-aduk hingga tepung beras mengental dan terlihat licin kemudian angkat
  • Untuk kuah gula merah : Taruh 500 gram gula merah dan campurkan dengan air biasa kira-kira 10 gelas, taruh 1 ruas jahe diiris dan didihkan hingga gula merah menjadi cair kemudian angkat
  • Untuk Penyajian : Taruh beberapa sendok bubur di dalam mangkok saji kemudian tuang kuah gula merah secukupnya, lezat apabila dimakan hangat atau didinginkan di dalam kulkas

Rice Flour With Coconut Milk Porridge Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of rice flour
  • 500 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 liter of coconut milk
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves
  • 1 vertebra ginger sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Green food coloring

How to Make it :

  1. Enter 500 grams of rice flour porridge into a large size pot, add 1 liter of coconut milk and stir until blended, if too thick add more water until the dough is really liquid
  2. Add 2 pieces of pandan leaves and green food coloring to taste
  3. Heat a pan of rice flour porridge, add salt to taste and continue to stir until the porridge thickens and looks slick and lift
  4. For the brown sugar sauce : Place 500 grams of brown sugar and mix it with plain water about 10 cups, place 1 vertebra ginger sliced and boil until the sugar becomes liquid and then lift
