Resep Cake Coklat Sederhana ( Simple Chocolate Cake Recipe )

Bagi-bagi pengalaman nih bunda...

Aku senang ngiri apabila ngeliat cake coklat yg dijual atau yang dibentuk sahabat-sahabat sepertinya lembut, lumer di lisan, cita rasanya baiklah terus yg paling bikin manyun nih jikalau cakenya sukses mengembang.

Soalnya pas tiba aku kepingin bikin dengan semangat yg menggebu karena itu sih SUKSES,,,

yap,, sukses yang 'tertunda' ( kepingin nangis aja ).

Soalnya cake yang dibentuk jikalau gak bantat niscaya pas dikeluarin dari panggangan cakenya pribadi melempem dan meninggalkan cekungan yang dalam tepat di bab tengahnya. Mikirnya tambah dalem nih bunda (ini yang salah aku nakar resepnya atau memang 'human error' :D)

Tapi aku gak pantang mengalah ibu,,,

aku coba terus nih,  soalnya penasaran. Akhirnya sempet mencari-cari resep cake yang praktis dibentuk dulu. Eh, ketemu deh resep yang ini.

Langsung deh aku sanksi bahan-bahan yang kebetulan lagi nangkring di kulkasku. Jadinya sukses bunda ( kali ini bener-bener sukses lho bunda :) hohoho ), soalnya sempet dihias buat dikasih ke mertua dan survei menandakan mertua bilang enak, lembut dan terutama tidak ada cekungan 'kolam' di tengahnya ( hehehe... seneng deh rasanya ).

Sayangnya fotonya pas kuenya sudah dihias, pas kuenya masih polos alias virgin belum sempat saya foto :D

Yang ini resep Aslinya bunda :

RESEP CAKE COKLAT SEDERHANA

Bahan:

250 gr mentega

250 gr gula

150 gr tepung

6 butir telur

50 gram cokelat serbuk

1 sdm ovalet

CARA MEMBUAT CAKE COKLAT SEDERHANA :

Kocok mentega dan gula hingga putih dan lembut. Tambahkan ovalet,

aduk hingga homogen lalu masukkan telur satu per satu, aduk hingga homogen.

Masukkan adonan tepung & cokelat debu yg telah diayak,

aduk rata.

Masukkan pada loyang yg sudah diolesi mentega dan tepung lalu

panggang sampai matang.

Nah, jikalau yang ini modifikasi saya sinkron bahan-bahan yang tadinya lagi nangkring pada kulkas aku :)

Bahan :

  • 250 gram margarin, aku pakai simas palmia yang 200 gr trus ditambah 50 gr lagi ( kalau pakai sendok makan 50 gr nya kira-kira 4 sdm )
  • 200 gram gula halus
  • 150 gr tepung terigu segitiga, diayak
  • 3 butir telur
  • 50 gram cokelat serbuk
  • 1 sdt ovalet, lupa jikalau yang di resep 1 sdm tapi karenanya masih tetep lembut kok bunda

CARA MEMBUATNYA :

  1. Margarin aku mixer terlebih dulu dengan kecepatan tinggi, jikalau sudah terasa lembut aku masukin gula halusnya kemudian di mixer lagi hingga benar-benar putih dan mengembang. kemudian ditambahkan ovalet, mixer lagi. kemudian masukkan telur satu persatu, mixer lagi hingga benar-benar rata.
  2. Terus aku masukkan tepung dan coklat bubuknya yang sudah diayak sedikit demi sedikit, tetep diaduk bunda tapi kali ini aku mengaduknya pake spatula dengan gerakan yang sama sesuai arah jarum jam.
  3. Setelah tercampur rata, masukkan di loyang yang diolesi margarin dan tepung kemudian loyangnya agak dihempas ke meja beberapa kali ( tips yang aku lihat di video resep youtube, dengan tujuan mengurangi gelembung udara yang masuk ke adonan makanan ringan bagus ) kemudian panggang.

Saya memanggangnya sekitar 30 menit dengan suhu sekitar 150 derajat celcius dengan panggangan HOCK yang nangkring di kompor.

Jika dirasa sudah 30 menit, aku keluarkan loyang makanan ringan bagus sedikit kemudian melaksanakan tes tusuk gigi di tengah-tengah makanan ringan bagus ( yap, makanan ringan bagus sudah matang tepat artinya tidak ada adonan makanan ringan bagus yang masih melekat di tusuk gigi :D ).

Simple Chocolate Cake Recipe

Here's a cake recipe that I cook in my kitchen. It's texture is soft and fit the sweetness, after really cold I ornamental use homemade butter cream.

Here I share the recipe again.

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of margarine
  • 200 grams of granulated sugar
  • 150 grams of flour, sifted
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ovalet
How to make :

  1. Margarine first mixer at high speed until soft white then add granulated sugar and mixer until completely white and fluffy. add ovalet, mixer again.
  2. Add the eggs one by one, mixer until completely blended.
  3. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder sifted slowly and stir using a spatula with the same movement in the direction of clockwise.
  4. Once blended, put in pan with margarine and flour the pan rather slammed to the table a few times
  5. Bake about 30 minutes at a temperature of about 150 degrees Celsius
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the baking sheet a little later to test a toothpick in the middle of the cake, if the toothpick is clean that means the cake has been baked
  7. Remove and chill until completely cold and ornamental use homemade butter cream
